This scene finally explains something confusing me since I saw the opening with the blue-dress girl. In the opening, we see that after getting infected, the blue-dress girl doesn't transform into the monstrous form, but retains a human appearance - but she is nonetheless shown brutally massacring entire villages to eat their brains. This confused me - until the doctor reveals that they gave Chae-ok's mom a second dose that turned her into the hulking tentacle monster. Without the second dosage, however, an infected nonetheless continues to become a rabid, superhuman predator with a seemingly unending hunger for brains.
Seriously? You all thought this was a good drama? Let's forget the great actor and a good story that could have been executed well but--wow this was a bad drama. Season 2, really?
