I always play in very hard mode, and to not alert the other enemies put a memory erase before killing them, always use silent weapons and be sure that no one sees you when you kill an enemy and the most important is lethal and fast PS: I used hardcore22v2 mod not this video to have more far cry felling.

How'd you get body to 20? at max level i can only get 18 body, 20 ref, 20 tech, 20 cool. Int is also at 3
you can have attribute points in certain missions like ncps or gigs etc. in total there are 81 attribute points (with dlc)
