Can you guys show us how to make Lao raw or cook shrimp pepper? I saw a Lao friend's dad making it. It's good with sticky rice. Taste kinda like laab in a way? But I don't think it's shrimp laab?
Louis Ho yup ! When you cook your shrimp (add it last ) and remove it from the heat once the shrimp turns completely pink and is starting to curl. Enjoy 🤤😋
