When I go Supernova, it's over. I'm done. I'm numb. Whatever feelings I had for someone are dead. The only way out of that scenario is leaving the offender behind-- there is no other option. And, it's not like they weren't warned a few times along the way.
I all of a sudden walked out on mine, holding my daughter and Bible, after they came in the room I was in, screaming, cussing, and accusing. Enough was ENOUGH ... after a few days was informed by my daughter of something indecent that happened, and abusive while I was at work one day ......ohhhhh then she wanted my daughter awayyyyyyy from me.....hmmmmm yep, to keep her from telling me more.
I go supernova in silence with a heavy door slam that no one ever saw coming and there’s no way back. Causes massive shockwaves yet the recipients just are surprised their doormat rose up …they got what they deserved. It’s funny how they call and they call and they text and they call and yet where was all that concern when they were treating me like dirt. It’s just mindboggling.
My narcissist was jealous of me. Trying to get me to leave and I went Supernova. Needless to sayI don't even thinkHer boyfriend knew I was capable of it. I can honestly tell you that she did not like me going supernova cause I also exposed to your boyfriend. They live a few houses down from meAnd I know both of them see me going outside I just ignore him like they're not even there.
And sometimes they acknowledge what you did for them , but still don’t change their behavior…. That’s when I just stop… nothing will change … minimal informal contact … they get the message
Ive gone supernova or rage with toxics and their bs. Especially when i warn ppl from the start that im nice to everyone abd would do anything for anybody bt don't piss me off and push me too far because that when the Leo in me turns into being very fierce lion and there is never ever going bk after that. Uv done it.
I once was dating with a narcissist girl what I realized soon enough and told her that I can be tough and unforgiving, she laughed and played... She was mercilessly dumped and I could see terror and shock in her eyes when she realized I was not joking.
Now you see why I could never re love and re respect a narcissist. They are the last person I would ever respect again especially love, there is no hope for them.

A narcissist will think they can get by with victimizing the Super Empath, it’s only because most of the time they first think it’s just a weak person. They are too kind and empathetic so they assume it’s a perfect victim, in reality the Super Empath can easily destroy a narcissist so badly they are forced to retreat. They can actually frighten the narcissist in a way no one has. They will feel exposed and they are not used to someone calling checkmate on them. especially during a super nova a narcissist has no chance of winning, even the most intelligent narcissist will have no arguments that can win. An Empath has no fear of narcissists they see it as a welcome challenge to hopefully save the future people from. They will show the narcissist what pain is. It’s like “oh you thought you could play with me, I will show you what real pain is.” Only to evil narcissists not to any one with a good heart. They will even try to see the good many times in People before they decide they are bad. They basically set a trap for a narcissist. They willingly let the narcissist be around them even after they have seen some of the red flags. They know they can teach them a lesson they deserve. A Super Empath wants justice and fairness. They want a better world they have no tolerance for evil or cruelty. Narcissists can truly damage people mentally and physically, they can take you for money, your body, your energy, they want to manipulate and abuse. A Super Empaths wants to expose these people. They basically play weak until they get all the info they need from the narcissist, then one day they start putting the narcissist in their place. The narcissist will be shocked to see this other side come of out the super Empath and once having to go some rounds of arguments or mirror attacks from the super Empath, the narcissist will start to realize how calculated the super Empath is. They will be in shock that their once soft victim is now destroying them with a smile. The super Empath thinks “Weak is not what you will remember of me.” This whole relationship in whatever relation, will still be draining for the super empath and if they can’t truly recharge because of the narcissist in their space that’s when they can no longer pretend to be weak. They have weak moments but they are strong when they need to be. Not letting a narcissist win is usually enough motivation.
I can always control my temper. In fact, that's where the fun starts! It makes your next move a beryt unexpected surprise to the other a*hole. Takes a while to get that level but once it does... 🤷 I am *always* legal, moral, and ethical but things can start to get real systematic, cold, bold, and FUN 🎉
You're misunderstanding, then. The whole idea of going supernova is exploding, indicating a loss of control. Yelling, slamming doors, etc. Not a cold, calculated revenge. You sound more like a narcississt to me.

It is ok to explode, to its ok to have enough, but it is not ok to dim your light. The purpose of abusers, narcissist and toxic people is to dim your light, to make you bitter. Empaths have mighty power to overrcome every challenge, every situation, trust in your power and empower yourself.
Definitely today I encountered a narcissist that I believe so horrible I was rolling their eyes I was upset always giving me the no against whatever I say is exhausting. The good thing is I don’t live with that anymore. Just went to eat breakfast. I feel really sad for those type of people now doesn’t bother me doesn’t make me upset and just doesn’t make sense. How many people like that and exist to me it seems it’s only pointed towards me, which is a funny part of all, it’s all right this one can do whatever he has to do. He’s already done it before maybe the third time to try. Maybe he’ll just get tired of it as well I know I am.

60% of the time, I'm fighting back the tears that I know won't wash away the pain any longer, all the while my inner warrior screams for justice. Wanting to go on the offensive and wreck havoc in the Narc's life. Let them know what it feels like to be on the receiving end of what they are dishing out. But I hold it back, because my current theme song is "It's not me" by 3 doors down". Heaven help the Narc's in my life if I loose this battle to my own inner warrior.
These can be avoided by uncapping the bottle and just let it flow out naturally otherwise if the cap is on that bottle will pop of shaken to that point.

I am 62 y.o., and never heard about empath until a friend told me recently, it supposedly fits me, and yes figured my longtime girlfriend was narcissistic.. Just recently had enough, and in process of having her move out, only catch is she needs hip surgery and had no one to move in with. Her kids are mean and they all fight. My big problem is now depressed and lonely. On fixed income, and while I am very spiritual but don't want to go to church or bars. Just can't take it anymore, ref my narcissist but stuck. She has tons of medical issues. Like that movie, that's when depression sets in. Have spent my life trying to help people thru investigative reporting in Augusta, Georgia and extreme northern Michigan. Already on depression meds cause lost my best friend, and two final family members died, plus forced to move to make way for air b and b out of old place, now living on city instead by nature in country river setting (my old apt). Truly don't understand why people are mean to each other. So much suffering in world, my problems are minor. Thank your for video.
I don't know if i love or hate this stage. Im out of the confusion the tourment but i feel so angry and deep down really really sad after this i will fall 😢 and eventually get paranoid about attentions of others i don't even know if i will feel joy and contentment again😢😢😢😢 my heart feels like a black hole it's completely the opposite and after this i have to go into therapy i gues for a long time because i have gone trough the most horrific abusive experiences😢😢😢 and don't want to be a victim ever again!
I can add just that's not a nice stage to be. You become like them. I took ages to go back to me, how I was kind and compassionate. It depends on how long you are in a relationship and how much you are being treated. It makes you question yourself if are a narcissist as well but you can see that you still have empathy for animals and children. I changed the way to talk in my day to day life with friends and family at the beginning. I was depressed and pessimistic. It's a very hard stage to be. It's better understand what's happening in all your relationships being self aware. Work on yourself if are not happy and see the gas lighting as well as smearing campaign against you. Try to be who you truly are
It's a long story but here is what made me leave AA in person meetings. In front of the entire group at the meeting I was accused of being a thirteen stepper which is a predator. I highly resented this and gave them two opportunities to apologize. When one more accuser stepped in I had enough and simply left. Slander and gossip is often called Slow Murder and I have presented that to them in the past. They prefer gossip so goodbye.
It's unfortunate to hear about your negative experience in AA meetings. Slander and gossip can indeed be harmful, and it's crucial to prioritize a supportive and respectful environment. Have you explored other recovery or support options, or found a way to address your needs without encountering the same issues you faced in AA meetings?
@@PsychBuzzy I found an AA Zoom meeting hosted about a hundred miles from me. They welcome me, I told them my story and I try to keep that to a minimum so as not to bring negativity to the meeting. They actually laugh there.
Like and subscribed. Super empath is not always win by supernova explosion. Other kind of supernova (beside of being Numb) is when an empath “wilh all their heart, Give all of the Feeling Hurt back The Universe to decide for future faith of the Foes”. Then Karma / Bad luck will do its things to the Foes. When an empath is out of ammunition and surrender to the universe, that’s when Karma will payback the Foes. Sometimes it happen faster than they think or even instantly. I have those experiences in my life. I knocked down 2 malignant NPD, and for others, I just sit back and do nuthing.. to Watch them fallin’ apart.

I really don’t like the person anymore even though it’s family I feel very sad for that person. A sane, good human being CARES, they feel, they can hurt, cry ('only the truly strong can truly cry'). While an insane inanimate object machine human being with bad and harmful intentions DOESN'T CARE. Which would you rather be? Which is life, and which is dead (almost)? A rock doesn't care. It can fall on your head and kill you...does it care? NO. Be glad you care and feel and sense.

I felt badly because my brother (narcissist) can't seem to finish any project and had a narcissist melt down, because I asked a good friend of mine to help build a chicken coop because my babies have tripled in size just in the last week my chicks need a home, and quick... Me and narcissist brother live with parents right now, and he had a total narcissist melt down about my friend building the chicken coop he hasn't bothered with for 2 months... Sorry my super nova kicked me in the arse and my arm is messed up, so I brought a friend he is being a "trooper!" Just smile at his control laugh a bit and keep building because my babies need to move to a bigger spot... My empathy for my chickens is the same, and my empathy for the narcissist brother is stfu go fix one of the other 8 projects here the parents asked wtf let me and my friend get this done shoo... He had the biggest narcissistic temper tantrum today

Super Empath , isn't accurate. I have 2 Narcissists as pets. The current paradigm fails, " cut off all contact" is a failure. Its like cutting off contact with a rabid dog, and let run lose in your town to injure others, I've been experminting with my pets for 5 yrs, therapy doesn't work, they reverse engineer it and use it against there victims , I tried training in logic, problem soloving , 1,500 games of chess, counter ptoductive, they miss the point. I tried multiple methods to stop their stealing, none worked, except one , catch them red handed and launched a one punch fight, very painful and puts them on the floor crying, ther fear of that pain has stoped them from stealing from me, attaching conquebses to their actions shows some promise, their revenge has been to hide my stuff in my own house, there are not stealing but I end up with temporary loss of my items. I can emotionally cripple them and send them into depression but its not a perment solution, They are a hard nut to crack, Still looking for way to get them to change their behaviour for selfish reasons. some condition response. Your quite a bit off to be honest. We dont stop anything, all that stuff you say we stop doing. All that stuff just becomes irrelevant at that moment during the explosion by the tims we get pushed fo far and explode on someone they have been given several chances to correct there behavior and warranted about exactly what is about to happen whenwe explode

I am 62 y.o., and never heard about empath until a friend told me recently, it supposedly fits me, and yes figured my longtime girlfriend was narcissistic..
Just recently had enough, and in process of having her move out, only catch is she needs hip surgery and had no one to move in with.
Her kids are mean and they all fight.
My big problem is now depressed and lonely.
On fixed income, and while I am very spiritual but don't want to go to church or bars.
Just can't take it anymore, ref my narcissist but stuck.
She has tons of medical issues.
Like that movie, that's when depression sets in.
Have spent my life trying to help people thru investigative reporting in Augusta, Georgia and extreme northern Michigan.
Already on depression meds cause lost my best friend, and two final family members died, plus forced to move to make way for air b and b out of old place, now living on city instead by nature in country river setting (my old apt).

I don't know if i love or hate this stage. Im out of the confusion the tourment but i feel so angry and deep down really really sad after this i will fall 😢 and eventually get paranoid about attentions of others i don't even know if i will feel joy and contentment again😢😢😢😢 my heart feels like a black hole it's completely the opposite and after this i have to go into therapy i gues for a long time because i have gone trough the most horrific abusive experiences😢😢😢 and don't want to be a victim ever again!

I can add just that's not a nice stage to be. You become like them. I took ages to go back to me, how I was kind and compassionate. It depends on how long you are in a relationship and how much you are being treated. It makes you question yourself if are a narcissist as well but you can see that you still have empathy for animals and children. I changed the way to talk in my day to day life with friends and family at the beginning. I was depressed and pessimistic. It's a very hard stage to be. It's better understand what's happening in all your relationships being self aware. Work on yourself if are not happy and see the gas lighting as well as smearing campaign against you. Try to be who you truly are

It's a long story but here is what made me leave AA in person meetings. In front of the entire group at the meeting I was accused of being a thirteen stepper which is a predator. I highly resented this and gave them two opportunities to apologize. When one more accuser stepped in I had enough and simply left. Slander and gossip is often called Slow Murder and I have presented that to them in the past. They prefer gossip so goodbye.

@@PsychBuzzy I found an AA Zoom meeting hosted about a hundred miles from me. They welcome me, I told them my story and I try to keep that to a minimum so as not to bring negativity to the meeting. They actually laugh there.

Super empath is not always win by supernova explosion. Other kind of supernova (beside of being Numb) is when an empath “wilh all their heart, Give all of the Feeling Hurt back The Universe to decide for future faith of the Foes”. Then Karma / Bad luck will do its things to the Foes. When an empath is out of ammunition and surrender to the universe, that’s when Karma will payback the Foes. Sometimes it happen faster than they think or even instantly. I have those experiences in my life. I went supernova today... I felt badly because my brother (narcissist) can't seem to finish any project and had a narcissist melt down, because I asked a good friend of mine to help build a chicken coop because my babies have tripled in size just in the last week my chicks need a home, and quick... Me and narcissist brother live with parents right now, and he had a total narcissist melt down about my friend building the chicken coop he hasn't bothered with for 2 months... Sorry my super nova kicked me in the arse and my arm is messed up, so I brought a friend he is being a "trooper!" Just smile at his control laugh a bit and keep building because my babies need to move to a bigger spot... My empathy for my chickens is the same, and my empathy for the narcissist brother is stfu go fix one of the other 8 projects here the parents asked wtf let me and my friend get this done shoo... He had the biggest narcissistic temper tantrum today

Super Empath , isn't accurate. I have 2 Narcissists as pets. The current paradigm fails, " cut off all contact" is a failure. Its like cutting off contact with a rabid dog, and let run lose in your town to injure others, I've been experminting with my pets for 5 yrs, therapy doesn't work, they reverse engineer it and use it against there victims , I tried training in logic, problem soloving , 1,500 games of chess, counter ptoductive, they miss the point.
I tried multiple methods to stop their stealing, none worked, except one , catch them red handed and launched a one punch fight, very painful and puts them on the floor crying, ther fear of that pain has stoped them from stealing from me, attaching conquebses to their actions shows some promise, their revenge has been to hide my stuff in my own house, there are not stealing but I end up with temporary loss of my items. I can emotionally cripple them and send them into depression but its not a perment solution, They are a hard nut to crack, Still looking for way to get them to change their behaviour for selfish reasons. some condition response. Your quite a bit off to be honest. We dont stop anything, all that stuff you say we stop doing. All that stuff just becomes irrelevant at that moment during the explosion by the tims we get pushed fo far and explode on someone they have been given several chances to correct there behavior and warranted about exactly what is about to happen whenwe explode
