Hi there ! I've finally finished the PV. Phew ! Sorry in advance for the incoherences. I tried the best I could to match the song with the universe of Ladybug heh... I hope you like it. Tell me what you think of it, please ! I might consider doing other videos if this one is liked.
I did a little synopsis - but really, you can imagine the story however you want. Most of you have better story ideas than me anyway hehe ! I would be glad to hear some of your ideas.
To build a story that would be to my liking and would match ML's universe, I used different translations from talented people, adding sometimes mine. There are two endings, based on which translation you pick. But I choose the one where the man dies. Because I'm a horrible person and I like suffering. lmao.
Oh also I based myself on a PV (of Miku and Kaito) where they live happily ever after BUT HEY THAT'S TOO SIMPLE. Plus I like angst so I changed the ending c:
I just wanted to notify that in the PV, Marinette doesn't know she'll have to kill Chat Noir (nor Adrien). About the clothes, I was inspired by the 1700s french fashion. Also, as you may have seen, Hawk Moth's mask isn't the same as in the show. For him I was inspired by the executioner masks (1700s).

The story starts with Marinette, a maid who lost her parents and is the holder of the ladybug miraculous . One day she met the prince ,Adrien, he was so kind and handsome that she fell in love with him but she was just a maid and the king wouldn't allow a relationship between them. So she was very heartbroken. Hawk Moth used this chance to akumatize her. Hawk Moth is Adriens father and also the king of this land. He wants the ladybug and cat miraculous to save his wife, the former queen, Emilie and didn't know that Chat Noir was Adrien. He would do anything to save his wife even murder so he gave Marinette the task to kill Chat Noir and she could marry Adrien then. Marinette didn't want to kill Chat Noir but she was Hawk Moths puppet. Marinette danced with Chat Noir and started to like him. Chat Noir thought that the misterious princess was Ladybug his love. Marinette wanted to escape from Hawk Moth but failed and she killed Chat Noir. Chat Noir revealed himself as Adrien and Marinette was devastated. Gabriel(Hawk Moth) sees that he killed Adrien his own son.He holds the miraculous of Chat Noir and Ladybug and wishes Adrien and his wife to be alive again but nothing happened because the miraculous punished him for his actions. Marinette is finally free from Hawk Moth. She cries over Adriens dead body. She sees the knive next to her and takes it. She stabs it in her chest and before dying she makes a wish. She wished that one day Adrien and her could meet again as Ladybug and Chat Noir and finally be together. The miraculous heard the wish and accepted it. Marinette and Adrien were reborn and are the persons who are in the TV show.
This was my interpretation of this song it is not real.

the way Japanese sentences are structured and the way they're usually translated dont necessarily match up. Japanese sentences often will go completely without pronouns, like speaking in a passive voice, and that's the case for those lyrics. So the literal translation is "The dress will be torn", and the natural translation would be more like her saying "My dress will be torn" and him saying "Your dress will be torn" even though the lyrics are identical

Well, if he actually lived through this it could have been a series which I would have pirated.
Actually, Miraculous Ladybug was supposed to be an R-16 anime targeted towards teens and young adults with more action and mature themes surrounding it and had a much more complex plot behind it. Think of how shows like Avatar The Last Airbender/Legend of Korra were anime-inspired shows that was suitable for kids, but atrracted a lot of teens and young adults, and that's how Miraculous was initially developed and marketed as when the pilot was released.

@@Ducks.18 they had a lot of financial problems and shifted from the 2D Bridgette and Felix to 3D formats from different companies, they also made a lot of changes with Felix and had Adrien instead because of the dynamic between the protagonists being seen as not the best. Easier to write 3d cartoons also need less money so all of these, at least in my opinion, is what made them to change it so much. Now that they made some money it would be so nice that parallel with the show we would get more from the original idea

my interpretation of the story is that Marinette was in love with Adrien, who was the prince, and after she is tormented for loving him an believing she has a chance with him, she is akumatized. The deal is that in order to have a great night, feeling like she belonged, she would kill him. Although she nearly refused, the evil power took over her and she waltzed with him all night...then she ends up murdering him and yeah it's like 1 am and my mind is fried
Buuuuuuut it wouldn't make sense. Ladybug/Marinette is known for her "luck" and she knows what happens when you get just an ounce of disappointment/hatred/anger/jealousy/etc so she wouldn't let herself get akumatized. She was also the chosen one to be Ladybug.

idk to me this seems like and origin story were chat noir and lady bug were in love in the past life but they didn't know how each other looked and when the bad butterfly turned her and she killed him she killed herself and on her last dying breath she wish for there to be a way they can be together again so every generation is just them trying to find there lover and when they do something always goes wrong so it happens all over again until they can be together forever and the only way that could happen is if they get together and reveal to each other their identities and defete the bad guy

this reminds me of a book i've read once about a girl and an angel and they were in love in like 1850 or something and it was the angel's fault that she died cause the people wanted to kill the angel and she was sick and he wanted to save her but due to the people trying to kill him he couldn't save her in time and since they are destinied for each other they have to search each other again and again and again in every life they are born in but they are cursed to keep searching each other but each time they find eachother something happens and she dies and the same thing starts again and it's so so sad but i don't remember the name of the book

TheAngelgirl2098 Even though I don't like any Nick shows anymore, I actually like this show! IIt can be quite witty and it's entertaining enough. Although it can be too cheesy sometimes and the villains are a bit too weak for my taste but I like it enough to continue keeping an eye on it.

i think she might have killed herself and if you go through the comments someone explained it in a very good way i cant really say it all bc its long but anyway i will write it quick( if you want full details scroll in the comments and you will find it) so marinette is an orphan and a maid that fell in love with the prince adrien and she knew his father wouldnt allow their relationship so hawkmoth took his chance and akumatized her and hawkmoth would do anything to bring emilie back even murder so their deal was for marinette to go to the ball and kill chat noir and then gabriel would accept their relationship (gabriel doesnt know that his son is chat noir and marinette has the ladybug miraculous) when she killed him he revealed himself to be adrien of course marinette was devasted and gabriel tried to use both of the miraculous to bring emily and adrien back but as a punshiment for him it would do nothing marinette feels guilty and sees the knife next to her she stabs herself but before she dies she wished for her and adrien to meet again in the future as Ladybug and chat noir and the miraculous accepted her wish and here they are the ones we see in the show :>
