"Should you avoid using anything that isn’t approved to be used around the eyes?
Honestly, it’s your call. If you see a label saying that a product isn’t intended for use in the eye area, that doesn’t necessarily mean you need to get rid of it. It means that the FDA has decided it’s more likely to cause a bad reaction in the eye area, which could be something like staining the skin, or that it contains an ingredient that could be irritating. That might be especially important to pay attention to if you have sensitive skin or eyes, or if you already know that you’re prone to bad reactions to cosmetics. But remember that just because a product contain only eye-safe ingredients doesn’t mean you’re guaranteed not to have a reaction.
It’s tempting to conclude that eye-safe products are less likely to cause an adverse reaction, but it’s not quite that simple. The vast majority of people won’t have any issues with eye makeup of any kind. But allergies and sensitivities are so individualized that basically anything-including eye-safe ingredients-can cause a problem. Pressed pigments aren’t deemed “eye safe” by the FDA because they consider staining to be not eye safe. Check out JenLuvsReviews videos on this. In Canada and the EU pressed pigment isn’t considered fully safe. Usually vegan pallets have pressed pigments in order to not use carmine which is crushed beetles (me personally I’d rather have pigments than beetles near my eyes). The FDA for whatever reason has not re-evaluated their stance on this in a long time so it may be outdated.

Omg I'm so upset you had a bad experience with the eyeliner! It's my favorite ever! It's so black and pigmented and goes on really smooth for me. Maybe it got messed up because you used it on top that pencil first? Idk, all I know is that its my favorite liquid liner pen and I do competitive cheer so I use it for competitions when I'm sweating and it stays on perfectly all day.

I actually love the Glossier brow flick for a felt tip brow pen. I always have a problem with brown brow products pulling too red, but it's more of a neutral/maybe cool brown and I LOVE it.

The wet'n'wild liner is my favorite! I wear it every time I do my makeup because it lasts FOREVER!
I’m liking the No.7 Translucent Pressed Powder. It’s VERY finely milled and almost invisible on the skin-blurs nicely.

Rachh, I'm buying that GlowCoCo facial mist and will always ever refer to it as Glen CoCo henceforth! 🤣
For a brow pen, I use Mac Shape & Shade. I have found that for me, the key is to apply pressed power to my brows before applying the pen. (I use an Everyday Minerals powder base for this, applied by using a pressing motion with a cotton round.) I make sure to store my pen vertically with the felt tip facing down. When I apply, I always start wherever I want the darkest pigment (usually mid-brow to tail) and move toward the inner brow as the ink lightens before I shake it up again. So far this has worked well for me, and I have fairly sparse brows. I have very fair, neutral-cool (dehydrated) skin, with medium-dark ash brown eyebrows. Most brow products (or any products really) are too warm on me, or oxidize and turn warm. I use the shade Taupe, and it stays neutral cool on me. I tried Fling, but that was too warm for me. Might work for you, though. 😊
Correction: I use an Everyday Minerals finishing power for my brows first, but can also use one of their base products.

I think that pixi under eye correcter did a pretty good job and covering the darkness under your eye!! I noticed it before the concealer and after I think it did a pretty good job!
Anybody else want to see Rachel truly review the magnetic lashes? I am seeing the Glamnetic ones everywhere, but they look too good to be true. I'd love love love to have Rachel help me make up my mind 😉

I really like the Lime Crime Bushy Brow brow marker but to be honest I've only tried the darkest shade Smokey. I think Blondie could possibly be a good shade for you! It doesn't look super warm toned like most brow markers seem to be. Good luck!
Vegan shadows use pressed pigments which has to be labeled as not for immediate eye area because they can stain. It's usually pinks, reds, and purples.
I LOVE the Urban Decay Brow Blade. It's got the felt tip on one side for individual hair drawing and a pencil on the other side for general filling.

That liner is my holy grail liner. I'm incredibly picky about liners and that one is easy to apply and waterproof. You might have had to give a little shake between eyes.

Try the revlon shape and shade with highlight felt tip pen also ardell and glossier. You mean a liquid brow felt tip pencil? I like the ulta brow pencil it is life and the la girl shady slim brow pencil. Great colors. Also ardell has a brow pencil. I'm obsessed
I have the Rimmell felt tip brow pen and it works great, doesn’t change colors but I have very dark brown eyebrows! And it’s lasted very long time and works great and it’s so affordable!!! So happy you’re back! ❤️❤️❤️

I love the Urban Decay Brow Blade
I use an eyeliner in black by ucanb from Amazon for my eyebrows. They have a brown version too. You can buy them in a 2 pack for around $7.00 everyone asks me if my brows are microbladed now. It's a brush tip that's the finest I've ever seen. It's waterproof. The packaging is white with a deep bronze cap. Perfection. I've tried at least 15 different different pens/brushes and this cheap one is the best.
