This is a good video I was looking for this kind of video solved my problem. I have a suggestion instead of taking out large part or complete blade just push the small part of blade which you want to remove keep the rest of blade inside plastic part then use the back part of cutter or any other tool the blade will break much easily.

Dear Andrew, do not take the blade out to break off the tip with the included tool. For safety, simply advance the blade while still in its holder only enough to expose the line on the blade. And always break or "fold" away from yourself, down towards the table. Or wear safety glasses! Take care!
