No, this all started because Mococo developed a gambling addiction and got greedy. Literally right after Nerissa miscounted and left after gifting Mococo $3k, Mococo was like, "Nerissa's math is wrong! I'm gonna be rich!" Then when Nerissa corrected the mistake, Mococo refused the correction. Mococo is no more innocent than anyone else. "That guy" simply escalated the situation with a false accusation. But it's all okay, it resulted in a very funny situation that will live on Hololive legend forever

From what I gathered Mococo essentially tried to con Nerissa getting her to agree to an amount that wasn't even on the table. Really Risa's fault for not catching it almost right away. As someone who has above average logistics and reasoning skills, I want to set the record straight and record what happened based on what I have seen in this case, as it seems to be confusing to the average viewer: At the beginning, Mococo wanted to buy 38 tickets after she believed she won the most recent FaunaMart lottery, but she never ended up buying the 38 tickets because Nerissa would not let her. Nerissa's reasoning being that she could not confirm that Mococo won the most recent ended lottery as she does not have access to that information nor determine the winner of said lottery at FaunaMart. Because the Winners were unknown at the time, sales of the tickets for the next lottery were put on hold until Nerissa and Fauna could clear up the confusion of who won the last lottery. Mococo challenges Nerissa to a duel so she can be compensated in some fashion should she win the duel until Fauna returns and can properly announce the winners. Mococo wins the duel and asks Nerissa for money, 100 coins to be precise. Nerissa generously gives her 3000 coins instead via trade offer. Mococo immediately uses the 3000 coins she just got from Nerissa to buy more FaunaMart lottery tickets. At the time of purchase, one lottery ticket was priced at 10 coins, so with the money Mococo was willing to spend, she would have only received 300 lottery tickets. Despite this, Nerissa was generous enough to include the 38 tickets Mococo initially asked for even though Mococo didn't pay for those extra 38 when doing the transaction for the tickets. Nerissa accidentally does a math goof and states that Mococo purchased 638 tickets, even though she only paid for 300 (plus 38 she gave on the house for some reason), so Mococo should have expected to only receive 338 lottery tickets at most with what she paid and agreed to with her transaction with Nerissa. Despite all of this, Mococo still expected to be given an extra 300 lottery tickets for free because of Nerissa's math goof. When Nerissa wanted to clear up the math error in chat by stating that she will only receive 338 tickets, which angers Mococo (why, I have no idea, did she really think she would get away with an extra free 300 tickets and no one would bat an eye?). Rumors spread that a Mococo placed a 50,000 Coin bounty on Nerissa for not meeting her demands. Gonathan attempts to catch Mococo underwater and take her prisoner for her crimes of threatening Nerissa's life, but she is unsuccessful as Mococo accidentally drowns/burns herself which allows her to escape Gonathan's pursuit. Elizabeth and Rarora attempt to calm Mococo down via private call and promise that they will provide Mococo with a Lawyer. While we cannot prove that Mococo did anything wrong, she did make some dangerous assumptions with her transaction with Nerissa and she made herself look very suspicious to the public thanks to the rumors of a bounty being placed which further escalated the conflict. In my opinion, the judgement handed down will entail the following: Mococo should be temporarily banned from the FaunaMart for her own good, but she should still be allowed to participate in any outstanding lottery rounds she previously paid for. Nerissa did nothing wrong either other than her math goof which she was quick to rectify to the customer, so she should not be punished. Mococo has the right to state her grievances with FaunaMart, but not take further legal action or partake in future FaunaMart lotteries until further notice from the CEO of FaunaMart.

Since Nerissa and Mococo resolved it themselves, Cecilia was paid only 100 gold for her services. Mococo then went to the nearby newly opened Nana-Eleven convenience store which gave out 100 gold per ticket. She took 5 tickets and exchanged for 500 gold, but there was a fine print. The fine print read that for each ticket exhanged, NanaMum will take 10% of the future earnings from the player. Mococo now owes NanaMum 50% of her income henceforth. However, later on, Princess Bijou who fell to the Stain corruption, gave Mococo a Stain Hat which made Mococo murder all of Fuwawa's chickens.
This is literally a perfect example of how rumors form. Nerissa saw one person in chat jokingly say "She's putting a bounty on your head" and took it as truth. And then spread that information to people with no prior knowledge of the situation and created a false narrative around Mococo. She then informed Law enforcement to arrest her on false pretences and then had the AUDACITY to say that she was the victim. This is what she gets for not being clear and concise when making deals.
Mococo originally paid 380 coins for 38 tickets. Nerissa seemed to have mixed up the units in her head at some point and changed 380 coins to 380 tickets.

Actual timeline of events taken from the streams: After the fuzzy one shook down Nerissa and then was told the amount was corrected then the fuzzy one called ERB for her location then went to her with Queen Mario and retold the events and got praise for her duel. After that she went with Queen Mario to gather potatoes for the potato salad quest for getting coins. In that time chat had tricked nerissa into thinking the fuzzy one was mad about the amount of tickets being corrected and was out putting a bounty on her. She then reported it which led to the fuzzy one being chased and then being killed by the lava while she was trying to hide. THIS is why it was settled out of court because while the fuzzy one did indeed try to scam the scammers and admitted to it to several people except her lawyer the fuzzy one was unlawfully slandered and got hunted plus killed because of a faunamart employee. The coupon which was made that if used then you couldn't take legal action could also have been used as evidence as well.
