Been to Seychelles. This country is blessed with stunning beaches, naturals trecks. Travelled La Digue, Praslin & Mahe ... All I can say is that 'not another place... Its another world'. We visited Petite Anse Island in Mahe and got chance to see this beautiful hotel 'Four Season'. View from the Infinity pool is just wonderful. #proudlyseychellois
@EveBilli Resorts like Four Seasons is owned by outsiders, the majority of the money made from these resorts go to the foreign owners and maintaining the resort. To blame the natives for whatever economic condition they may be in, while frolicking on their lands, is just rude af.
@EveBillie If money isn’t being distributed to the necessary areas, then there is a distribution problem at the top. At the local level the natives have little say. You’re not writing letters to the billionaires in your town to ordering them to spend more on development projects you want for the community are you? No, I think not.
Been to this Island last year on my Honeymoon. Mesmerizing island. Loved everyday, every second on this island. Also visited, La Digue, Mahe and Praslin... Seychelles I love you.
Capitalism. A non meritocratic system where only few lucky ones have a lot, even if they don't do shit their whole lives, and at the same time take out everything to everybody else who literally are keeping the world economies afloat. ruclips.net/video/uWSxzjyMNpU/видео.html
Ayeye Brazorf people are rich because they choose not to work for money. They have money work for them. The rich have a totally different mindset than the poor and the middle class. They believe in going to school and getting a job (I.e. educate yourself to make someone else’s dreams come true) and they do this practically the rest of their lives for 40+ years because they pay tax for working their job. The rich don’t pay taxes because they don’t have jobs. They own a system or business that creates jobs and supplies other necessities and they get tax breaks for it. The work to make their own dreams come true. It’s not luck most millionaires and billionaires today are self-made. They’ve risked a lot to attain financial freedom.
You can have whatever mentality you want, but without money in the first place to invest, you can't make more money. evonomics.com/unproductive-rent-housing-macfarlane/ The few lucky ones like Zuckerberg, or Bezos have been incredibly lucky that their ideas were winning ideas. But we see just the "winning horses", not the remaining 99.9999999%. It's like a lottery, claiming that the winners "have a different mentaility, they earned that money" it's just utter bullshit
Stayed here. Gorgeous. Anybody can go to the beach as it's public and I was told that for about $50 one can use the facilities! That is a bargain. It's a long walk to the beach if you don't stay at the hotel and need to walk.
Great camera, great pictures, great concept - High Life manages to tickle that desire for paradise. The presenter also seems like a decent bloke. But - you can add a bit of charisma! Right now, we mostly see him from the back walking in slo-mo. The commentary, spoken in a painfully forced "cool" voice, doesn't deliver anything we couldn't also read from a standard hotel brochure. Actually, it's worse than a brochure: "the staff were super friendly, and the food looked and tasted amazing"... This just sounds like the after-holidays-what-did-you-do-? presentation a 9-year old school child would deliver.
Seychelles is not in the African continent so u will not see any african. and in the video u can see Seychellois working at the hotel .Seychelles is in the middle of the oceans very far east from the African continent

@@themelanatednomad6989 Ok but what stops the natives from developing their country with all the revenue generated from tourism?
