A simple definition of the term strategy indicates these are ways companies achieve their goals. The word has been originally used in the military and more recently adapted for business. It descends from the Greek expression stratēgía, meaning “general ship” or commanding an army. Both armies and companies need strategies to use their resources in the most effective way and to establish a favourable position.

Very informative indeed, but it would be more helpful if you could upload the subtitles. I was looking forward to showing it to my college students but just can't because of the missing subtitles. It is an accessibility requirement these days.

Numbers of shops are natural marketing tool. Also they are reducing transportation cost. Plus you know that they are producing under Europe standarts.
They don't use their funds to buy ads because they have a loyal customer base. As a result their higher production costs from production in Europe do no disadvantage them compared to competitors.

I ensured I am the best in the field i first created when i was 22. Now, at 36 & it's been 10 years, what i do is the best. But, I like a good challenge.
