Let’s face it: If Clock-La’s body had stayed intact for just a *little* bit longer, the real Clockwerk just might’ve come out. After all, Clock-La had mentioned that there was a “power growing within her.” That means that either Neyla’s hatred was getting stronger… or Clockwerk’s mind and soul was that much closer to waking up and retaking control. I think THAT’S an outcome we wanted to see… and yet, at the same time, it was an outcome we wanted to avoid completely.
I think it's possible that Clockwerk's brain was never re-inserted. Arpeggio obviously modified the design to allow for another person to pilot the body. He didn't want Clockwerk's mind, he wanted the body. The brain was likely left out and it eventually rotted away with the rest of the parts when the hate chip was destroyed.

If you've ever seen the Show Star Trek and look up a race called the Borg, that's how I kind of saw Neyla merged as in the mechanical suit. She assimilated into that suit entirely.

I don't think shooting explosives dart would finish off Clockwork. Clockwork have regenerate health system allow it to go online again if not destroy completely

Maybe not every single part was salvaged, the lower jaw could have been lost in the fires of the volcano, so Arpeggio had to make a new one. Though, i do see what you mean. It kind of makes it look bizarre. But, that could have been a possible explanation.

@@BlueJohnXD I beat the game long ago I actually figured it out you have to shoot it about one or two times if you shoot it more than 2 times then the laser thing will come back on so you have to be careful with how many times you're shooting it
Bat Pool yeah I finished it years ago as well, I’ve actually just gotten back up to this job and completely forgot how to do it. Raged quit earlier and this came up to save me haha
@@BlueJohnXD Yeah man this is my childhood game I was introduced to Sly 2 and I was about six or seven, never got far with it though my friends would always on the game not me, I would eventually going to own Sly 3 in 2013, I was one world away from beating it, I don't know what happened I don't have a memory, I just remember being the pirate level, but recently I beat all three and now I'm on the fourth one.
Bat Pool for years I couldn’t get passed episode 3, and then I somehow managed to get to episode 4, but I never got very far. So I did the cheat to open up all the episodes so I could finally play some new levels lmao I think this will be my first time actually playing it all the way through. I managed to finish sly 3 years back, but minus all the challenges that get it to 100%. I miss the clue bottles which would get you there, I hate those challenges

The beginning fight with clockwork is so bad I shut off the game. I couldn't believe they incorporated that awful shooting mechanic for the end fight. Terrible controls, weird circle barriers that you constantly hit on accident. Terrible design and the worst part of the game. Good thing there is youtube.

I was kind of bummed out that Clockwork didn’t completely come back to life. I was really hoping to hear clockwork’s sinister voice again.
I think it would've been cool if Neyla's voice overlapped with Clockwerk's after merging with him.

I love that Clock-La's attacks in the first level are based on the weaponry Clockwerk had in the first game.

The very end of the game where it says "Go Outside" got me emotional since it was the end of the game.
A good trick for the turret is if you just tap rapidly instead of just holding it down, the gun won't overheat
You can also zoom in from the turrets to get a good aim.

You have to shoot them once, it's like an activation. You shoot them once it opens the ring, you shoot them again they close up and damage you.
