I remember there was a Sly Cooper Movie. Sadly no news of production nor casting has been made at least to my knowledge. It has been a long time since the trailer came out.
But i can agree an animated series would be cool. Each of the seasons could act as an animated retelling of the sly cooper games from the first game to thieves in time, the voice actors from the games could reprise their roles for the animated series, the series itself could use a mix of 2D and 3D animation both can be used for certain scenes to covey certain situations, it basically blends the style of american media with the action of japanese media, creating a dynamic animation style similar to comics and manga.
