SV looks better to my eyes, sounds better and is rarer than the SVJ. I predict SV prices will eventually surpass SVJs although I don’t think any Aventador variant will ever be considered collector grade in our lifetime. They made >11,000 of them including 1,100 SV’s, 1,700 SVJs and 600 Ultimaes. Hold reasonable value, yes. To the moon? No.
The Aventador is beautiful and as popular as it is right now I would definitely think it would be a collectable in the future just like the Countach or Diablo
IT will only take time and of course it will be iconic! Look at Countachs and Diablos but it takes TIME! Will it be a good investment who knows? And it returns nothing except smiles! BUT I'm keeping mine for life - reason? I think it's THE BEST Car I CAN AFFORD and it IS the last of the ICE V12s - EVERYWHERE you go, open up those doors and you are immediately a rock star! Not many cars can do that.
Depends on spec. Keep in mind sometimes the ones that are "sitting on dealer lots for a year" are actually in the garage of the owner or GM, but they're available to the highest market buyer at any time. So they're for sale but not for steal.
The new one is better in every way with a larger interior space and has an even more powerful 6.5l V12 plus the electric motor and it revs higher for an even better sound and i bet it will turn more heads too than the Aventador ever did, especially when it gets to the SV and SVJ stage..
@@andytaylor2321 well I was offered one of the last available build slots for the evo spyder. My dealer told me that the evo rwd is completely out of production and that the last evos for 2023 are awd spyders.
I think this the wrong way to look at it. Modern-day Lamborghini company has milked the "limited" production narrative. With many "mini-limited edition series" every 2 years. To push base price higher. And create short term spikes. But look under the hood out of the 11k-ish Aventador made many editions are "SV-like" in look and feel. 1700 SJVs (coupe + roadster) were made. More than double total LP750s. Let that sink in. They're also a lot newer too, then 2012-15 gen (of which many will never be sold). This strategy steered 180-degree from original classics SVs, Porsche Turbos, etc. Which were truly limited editions, collectible status, with more desirable upgraded designs. Aventador SVJ is not a Diablo SV, F50, CGT, etc. Feels like a different league. Built for a different purpose. For something to become collectible it needs to be desirable too. Base Aventador design feels a lot more iconic. No teenager vents or wings everywhere. (collapsible side vent ftw). Experience is rugged and thrilling. Just like old murcis gen 1 are now going higher in "price appreciation" then LP variants (from their base price). Desirable Aventador gen 1 will do the same. Don't take my words. Follow the data. (e.g. check auctions, BAT, etc)
They made $11,000 Aventadors and they are way overpriced. They're basically pricing themselves out of their market. In 2004 you could buy a 95 Lamborghini Diablo for 100 grand even with less than 5,000 Mi on it. That's like a 8 year old car that's Mint Condition with 5,000 MI. And now they're selling a 2018 Aventador for 800 Grand. It's absolutely asinine. It doesn't make sense that's way over the market for what a Lamborghini should be selling for. A new Lamborghini Aventador Roadster right now should only be $350 maybe 400k out the door . They're way overpriced
I LOVE THE AVENTADOR!!!! but in my opinion theres way too many built in general compared to the murcielagos. Lamborghini milked every penny they could out of the aventador platform... murcielago is better in every way from a collectible standpoint in my opinion.... fun fact the Aventador S variantl is rarer than an SVJ. Theres literally 3-4X more svj built than S models.
You know people are watching when YT puts in 6 ads for 8 minutes of PJs content.
i have no ads im using brave browser
If you see 16 ads in a 5 min video. Know it's the work of the RUclipsr himself.
@ your neighbor I have no control over how many ads YT puts in my content.
Simple fix, just get premium.

Just discovered your channel. Saw some older videos are hilarious.
Good info thanks !!
Thank you!
Got mine 👍🏽
When the camera was panning quick to the aventador the sf90 resembled a 3rd gen camaro haha
I personally think the sv roadster will become the most desirable out all of the models
why? just because it is your favorite doesnt mean that
@@CarQuizzical it’s the most limited and different of all the Aventador models minus the 50th anniversario and the ultimae

PJ, please get the Gintani exhaust for your SVJ. Your aftermarket exhaust doesn't sound good at all 😪
Replacement looks exactly like a Sian?
Svj and performante are the two cars that will appreciate in value from here on out.

SVs have been sitting on dealer lots for almost a year - prices dropped to around 500K now for SV roadsters - time to buy or wait?

I am excited to buy it.
But no roadster version.
So, if you could only afford one, SVJ or Ultimae?
SVJ
@@ExoticCarHacks thanks!

Hi I was offered one of the last available evo spyder slots. Do you think I should pull the trigger as it’s a great car and currently over msrp?
Lost 30k chopping in my evo spyder for an Aventador SV
How can you get one, it’s the technica now and even they are about sold out
I wouldn't. Performante is the Huracan to buy.

did i just see the name andrew tate asking that will the v12 aventador be collectable question lol
SV is being more and more desirable, you can see it.
I think the SV will be a 1 Million car in 2 to 3 years
Have been watching SVJs for two years in Uk. They have gone up about £80,000, can't understand why. Should I wait or buy now?
If the right spec I'd buy now.

Fun to drive, but with this price range the tech in it, comfort in it, reliability makes the lambo not worth it.
New Aventador replacement has no shared parts with the old one.

His SVJ is for sale that’s why he keeps making these videos promoting it
My SVJ has been for sale since the day I bought it. As I say in the video, no emotion, just numbers.
I'm wondering whether I should get married or invest in an Aventador SVJ instead??
Get married
Marriage might destroy you, Aventador will bring you joy and probably some real profit.
