Can you do top 10 disease resistant rose? And some strong stem roses for vase life? Few most scented ones... and also best climbing roses? Most disease resistant, reblooming and scented ones would be my rating. I have few DA roses that I recently purchased. I want to get few more but its very difficult by just reading their website description. Thank you!

I think I can definitely make a video like this after this growing season. I’ve got a lot of new roses this year so in order to give accurate information I’d need to wait til the. End of summer to see how these new roses hold up!

Everything looks great! I planted salvia near all my roses this year & no aphids so far. Not sure if it's the salvias or not but I saw some folks saying it works.

Ur roses are beautiful I really like how ur garden is forming. When u use Maxsea do u anything else?
I alter Rosetone and fish emulsion. But ur roses are outstanding u are doing a great job. I'm like u I would love to make bouquets but i want to leave them in the garden too. Happy gardening.

Lovely. What was the name of the feed you use I missed it. I don’t suppose it’s available here in the U.K. I’m actually experimenting this year in my garden. I’ve given them zero feed except a decent thick layer of plant based organic mulch. I’m not sure how they will fair but have to say I’ve not noticed a difference as yet but will see as the season goes on. Either way my roses will never look as awesome as yours:)

Love summer romance and Eden and I have both in my garden however I am getting thrips on both of these along will they my mill on the floss. Do you have any recommendations on how to control them? I have tried taken off infected buds, spraying captain jacks dead bug Brew and still the Eden won’t bloom and if she does it a ugly wilted bloom. I don’t want to go for the rose bayer spray way but at this point don’t know what to do. They leave all my other roses alone.

Thanks for your beautiful video. I want to plant a light pink or peachy rose but I have a small garden so I really need to pick a good one. I am thinking of Bliss Parfuma or Olivia. Which one would you say performs better? Any other recommendations/suggestions?

    • @summermoongarden

Olivia gets absolutely huge-she’s turned into a climber for me. Bliss stays much shorter around 4 feet. Both are beautiful! Hopefully that helps you decide which one will work for your space.

How lovely = can you please tell us what damage slugs do in the rose garden, how do you control them? Also, can you show us how you trim/shear back your roses when you do it?? Do any of your Rose leaves get circles cut out them?? Does anyone know what causes them?? Have you heard of Cutter Bees? [vsn you PLEASE discuss what Black Spot is, and what and how do you treat it? I come here to be educated, and I thank you so much.........] Oh, and one last question - Do you make Rose Petal Jelly?

    • @summermoongarden

Lots of great questions! I’ll do my best to answer in my next video. I’ve tried making rose petal jelly before but it didn’t turn out very well for me. I’ve also made rose elixir and enjoy making other things with the petals, rose petal bubble baths too!
