Can you do top 10 disease resistant rose? And some strong stem roses for vase life? Few most scented ones... and also best climbing roses? Most disease resistant, reblooming and scented ones would be my rating. I have few DA roses that I recently purchased. I want to get few more but its very difficult by just reading their website description. Thank you!
I think I can definitely make a video like this after this growing season. I’ve got a lot of new roses this year so in order to give accurate information I’d need to wait til the. End of summer to see how these new roses hold up!
@@summermoongarden what do you feed them with? Also, what do you use as a pest preventative. Would love to know how you manage to avoid or control pest like thrips etc. thank you
Everything looks great! I planted salvia near all my roses this year & no aphids so far. Not sure if it's the salvias or not but I saw some folks saying it works.
Ur roses are beautiful I really like how ur garden is forming. When u use Maxsea do u anything else? I alter Rosetone and fish emulsion. But ur roses are outstanding u are doing a great job. I'm like u I would love to make bouquets but i want to leave them in the garden too. Happy gardening.
@@summermoongarden thank you I think will follow ur instruction hoping to get the same results. U mentioned where u can order it from ? at the lowest cost. U need to go to rose shows, u would win in the David Austin category.
I have the Summer Romance from 2quartz this fall and it’s growing but not sign of buds yet… i bought the Louise Odier, the same time and I got one bloom even though that has not been growing as fast.
Question on that clematis. Your note at bottom of screen said it was group 3. I thought spring blooming were group 1? What makes Betty C group 3. Thanks
Lovely. What was the name of the feed you use I missed it. I don’t suppose it’s available here in the U.K. I’m actually experimenting this year in my garden. I’ve given them zero feed except a decent thick layer of plant based organic mulch. I’m not sure how they will fair but have to say I’ve not noticed a difference as yet but will see as the season goes on. Either way my roses will never look as awesome as yours:)
Love summer romance and Eden and I have both in my garden however I am getting thrips on both of these along will they my mill on the floss. Do you have any recommendations on how to control them? I have tried taken off infected buds, spraying captain jacks dead bug Brew and still the Eden won’t bloom and if she does it a ugly wilted bloom. I don’t want to go for the rose bayer spray way but at this point don’t know what to do. They leave all my other roses alone.
I’ve been spraying with Rose Rx by Bonide but honestly I haven’t noticed it helping very much this year-I will keep up with it thought. The aphids /white fly are so bad this year!!
Thank you for video. How you remember name of all this rose- bush … it’s not garden of roses. It’s paradise for roses. Thank you to put name of roses. Wish also I’d you tell where most you buy and how much it’s cost
Thank you so much! I buy most of my roses online. Edmundsroses.com Davidaustinroses.com Palatineroses.com Antiqueroseemporium.com Heirloomroses.com Rosebushes.gracerosefarm.com The best time to shop for roses online is late fall, winter, through early spring.
Thanks for your beautiful video. I want to plant a light pink or peachy rose but I have a small garden so I really need to pick a good one. I am thinking of Bliss Parfuma or Olivia. Which one would you say performs better? Any other recommendations/suggestions?
Olivia gets absolutely huge-she’s turned into a climber for me. Bliss stays much shorter around 4 feet. Both are beautiful! Hopefully that helps you decide which one will work for your space.
How lovely = can you please tell us what damage slugs do in the rose garden, how do you control them? Also, can you show us how you trim/shear back your roses when you do it?? Do any of your Rose leaves get circles cut out them?? Does anyone know what causes them?? Have you heard of Cutter Bees? [vsn you PLEASE discuss what Black Spot is, and what and how do you treat it? I come here to be educated, and I thank you so much.........] Oh, and one last question - Do you make Rose Petal Jelly?
Lots of great questions! I’ll do my best to answer in my next video. I’ve tried making rose petal jelly before but it didn’t turn out very well for me. I’ve also made rose elixir and enjoy making other things with the petals, rose petal bubble baths too!
@@summermoongarden I love that you responded, thank you, and I will keep watching you girl.......have a great day. I am up in Central Canada, Zone 4 - what zone are you in?
“Simbol” rose - its fantastic. Wish you do more video
Добиться такой красоты,это большой труд.
Когда работаешь и еще ухаживаешь за садом,это тяжело.

Thank you for sharing and naming your roses! They could be a Maxsea commercial ❤ Can you share your feeding schedule? How often and how much?
@@lisatraynor3868 I aim for feeding every 7-10 days ❤

I started the roses off with Rose Tone early in the spring, and now I just feed with Max Sea. I feed about every 7-10 days.

I your experience as a rose grower and lover of roses, what would be the most important in growing roses?
❤❤❤

Your garden is no doubt beautiful, sans bird chirping. In India gardens are always visited by birds.
❤❤ which max sea do you use? I looked into max sea but they had several different ones. Beautiful!!!
The one with the roses on it! 3-20-20.
Question on that clematis. Your note at bottom of screen said it was group 3. I thought spring blooming were group 1? What makes Betty C group 3. Thanks
Brushwood Nursery has it listed as a group 3 clematis! I guess mine is blooming early? Not really sure why!
Do you deal with thrips at all? What do you spray your roses with for bugs etc?
May I ask what do you use for black spots?

It’s called Max Sea and I’m not sure if it’s available in other countries. The numbers are 3-20-20 so maybe you can find something similar?
Your roses are absolutely stunning! What do you feed them?
Thank you! Max Sea ❤
Are these some of your old roses or they are this year’s bare root. Lovely roses
I just converted my vegetable garden into a rose garden so all those are new! There are at least 150 new roses this year.😮 ❤

Do you have rabbit problem? My rose new stems were eaten by them right and left 😢
Could you show, fertilizing, and spraying please.
Some of my previous videos include this but I will show it again soon! I fertilize every 7-10 days and spray as needed.
