I understand what that guy might be saying, but if he didn't make arrangements with the office, that you shouldn't tow it, then that's his fault, not sure who puts the stickers on the vehicles, so why can't the manager of the property put a NO Tow Sticker on it for the ones that talked to the manager to clear things up????

I really respect how you go threw the extra mile to make sure everything is legit. I have seen a few videos where you were told to tow the car because the office didn't take it off the list. But if they had the right proof you drop it, you're a good guy brother

The Postal Service can't deliver what they haven't received yet. If the Georgia DMV hasn't mailed the tag yet, the Postal Service can't deliver it. (Retired USPS Letter Carrier here).

His inspection paperwork said he had the emissions inspection done in early October. His tag ran out in February. DMV doesn't send out tags till the inspections are up to date.

Here, if you dont pay, your plates will be flagged as expired and if you go past a patrolcar wil ANPR you will be stopped and the plates will be taken away. But anyway, he was in violation of the HOA rules of having valid tags. Probably just another example of "Talk to the office to keep out of trouble" These people probably signed a lease for the apartment, that stated that the tags has to be valid to park there. Had he talked to the office, they would have never put him on the tow list.
@@JohnDoe-bd5sz As long as the car is just sitting on private property, the police can't confiscate his tag. If he is driving it and the police catch him, they will take the tag and have the car towed. Taxes paid and proper inspections are required before an up to date sticker is issued by the DMV.
The guy with the Malibu must be a real comedian, I had an ex-girlfriend who was an office manager and she told me most of the time people were pissed because they were not contacted, and they got even more angry when they're told that they're the ones who have to call the office not the other way around.
Thats how it goes,Property obliged.They signed a Contract with them,wich they have ignore. But when the Towtruck cames, they have 20 Excuses.I dont Think that they have all 2 years complete new tenants,then its must had the word got around.But it looks that they forgotten that.
If they drive it regularly and peel off the sticker most of the time they tell them to call and clarify. If the peel it off and then it gets towed they kind of shot themselves in the foot.

The question is how do you know he’s the owner of the car? Did you check the VIN number with the emissions test paper? What prevents someone like him from going to a large parking area like a Walmart or Target and stealing a license plate with a current sticker on it? If I were doing this and in the position of the car owner and I wanted to be a Scofflaw, I would steal a license plate, put magnets on the screwheads and attach the stolen plate to the plate that is currently on the car and remove it when I drove it. That way if you were pulled over, the most they could get your for would be not having a current registration. Before anyone says magnets don’t work on aluminum, some screws and nuts and a couple of magnets and you’re on your way.
I can see what hard work that is to get the car all hooked up etc...then they expect Johnny to just drop it when they start lying and BSing. Thats a tough job.

They won't go to the office because they are likely not the legal tenants of an apartment in the complex. Many apartment contracts do not allow sub-letting, but a legal tenant may have moved out and sub let rather than pay the early release fee, or they may have had to temporarily move town for work, but want the apartment when they return. It is to be expected that a dodgy resident would not get plates, and likely have no licence or insurance either. Some could also be illegals. Living on the edge.

I’ve notice that the apartments don’t go out of their way to communicate a little better. We used to have clips next to the tenants doors. If we knew what unit the car was assigned to, we would orange tag it, then put a hand written note on their unit door that said “call the office by _________, to discuss your options” still has several cars a month towed, and we always placed the sticker on the drivers window. I don’t know who the genius mastermind that invented the adhesive that holds those tow stickers on, but it’s the evilest thing I’ve ever seen! 😂 Oh bcuz we are in Texas our stickers were bilingual. Literally no excuse. Well, besides procrastination, like Mr. Jump n’ drive lol, you should just keep recording him each time, get enough footage to make his own video!!! Stay health Johnny!
I'm new to this channel, I've watched probably 50 of these videos so far and the recurrent them is "there is minimal parking here" "there isn't that many parking spaces" etc. Why do these apartment complexes build these giant, sprawling complexes without factoring in and building sufficient parking?
The old place I used to live in was like this. I would come home to find someone in my spot. So I started to park behind them. They don't like it when you do that. And considering I drive an old land rover and they drive little tiny cars that you can flip over one handed I normally won. Especially when they want to leave to go to work and I would refuse to come outside in the winter mornings to move my car. Now I live in a beautiful house and have a two car garage that I rent out to friends with classic cars so they can store them.
I feel sorry for the guy in the blue shirt. Genuine and calm from the start and I can imagine how many ppl lie to your face in this business so u understand your frustration but for a change it seemed you had lost your temp a little bit when he returned. But I agree all could of been avoided if he left his details on view that a tag had been applied for

Missouri has NO (ZERO) Tag Enforcement. NONE! 1000’s of Expired License Plate Tags in Missouri from 2018-2020. Recently saw Expired Tag from 2016.
