I used the IM oscillating nozzles on my JBJ 45 and I liked them a lot. I did have to clean them every few months because of coralline algae. They will cut flow, but I had an upgraded return pump so I was good. The random flow along with 2 wavemakers on each side of the tank made really nice random flow patterns.
Your setup Looks good. I just ordered my 20g from BRS and needed some ideas for lighting. 🙌🏼

I’m setting up a used IM NUVO fusion 20, that I got used with matching stand and an original AI prime HD for $175 dollars. I’m thinking of a IM mighty jet DC 538 pump.
What size pump are you using and what would you suggest? Beautiful tank by the way!

The reason you aren’t getting the trickle affect in the back chambers is because your water level is too high. If you lower it you will get more water movement in the back, but I understand why you prefer the higher water level I personally like a high water level too
