Thanks for a very informative instructional video on sheepshead. Getting the crabs is the key because they are the best sheepshead bait. The bay pier at Ft. DeSoto has a lot of sheepshead right now. If you get bored, try the Merry Pier at Pass a Grille and the fishing piers near it. They usually hold lots of sheepshead as well but you have to pay for parking.

Hey Bush, I saw you yesterday… you and the boys stayed for like 30 minutes then left. How do you determine whether you’re gonna fish or not. It was really windy. I tried to catch snapper in the snapper spot but couldn’t get past the pin fish. Not one snapper bite. Are the snapper gone or was there just too many pins around? I limited easily a month ago???
Yeah man as soon as I saw the condition too windy, and people were unhappy 😀 time to go somewhere else. Snappers are gone you catch one here one there.

I only use simple UNI to UNI from braids to the leader for Jig and plastics I use a loop knot. For any kind of hooks I use the Palomar knot. That's all you need for all you fishing
