Hi! The demo in this video is using the Navisworks Add-In. There's also a Revit Add-In you can use to view the issues created in ACC in the actual Revit Model:

Hi, can i check that the original Navisowrks file is the master .nwf?

You can use any file(s) imported into Navisworks for creating issues in ACC via this functionality.
