Mick Gordon is exactly the kind of musician that deserves to have invented a genre. Argent metal is so awesome.
I used to play in a deathcore band. It eventually got old. Mick Gordon reinvented my drive to create metal.

Man this is reminding me of my hardcore Celldweller phase in college. Listen to his track "Wings of Icarus", its not the same genre as your stuff but I get the feeling you'll love it and it might even inspire you a bit.

I remember watching some RUclipsr explain that you just eventually need to take the leap and if it works, it works, and if it doesnt thats okay too, either way it's better than being frozen by fear of rejection and not releasing anytbing, even though rejection by strangers of something you've put so much time and love into can be so hard.

If one of my main characters from my stories ever had a theme song it'd be something like this. A 7'4" 300ish Lb female who is a door kicker and HR officer for a PMC with a major attitude problem. Caring but takes no bull even from her boss. Always dressed in full armor even in the office and carrying her signature drum fed shotgun. ((Also this album art reminds me of E.Y.E Divine Cybermancy and for some reason it keeps reading 'Psy gates'))

I think it sounds a little *too* familiar to "The Only thing they Fear is You" in some parts. It already sounds like Doom music, it doesnt need to copy it. Dont get me wrong, it sounds good, just wears its inspirations a little too openly sometimes.
"The Only Thing They Fear Is You" is already formulaic to begin with. To say that anything "sounds too much like it" is an unfair critique, if you ask me.

Anyone listen to the original soundtrack for Doom with lyrics? I’d love to see argent metal take on its own vocal styles. Maybe mix some gutteral or high pitched vocals of other metal genres mixed with creepy narrator lines like Michael jackson’s thriller & some of the narrator lines in the games.

Drums are most likely sampled/programmed, synths aren't really "played" in these styles of music, they're more a production element and programmed similarly to drums. Guitars and Bass are most likely played, although virtual bass instruments are becoming more common
Only way this could be cooler is if you dropped the AI art. Sick ass track, I just had to put my head down and paint and not look at the image on the screen to really get into it. Great shit mate
I hear ya man. I had commissioned two artists to make custom artwork and the quality was absolutely subpar and I was out a few hundred bucks im deposits so AI was my next option
