Found out the solution. Both account grinding XP and helping to grind XP must reach lv.20 or both of them didn't. Because account with level lower than 20 tends to only matchmake with themselves, kind of matchmaking barrier. However if you are desperate to grind XP, you can grind on TDM, because there is no level barrier. But it will be quite risky, due to higher possibility of other player's join. (even if you are on dead servers) And seems beta and live server is not seperated currently
I have try it and it worked at the first time but when i try to do it again it dont work bc im not in the same lobby as my friend and we are both level 20
Remember It Is More Better To Do In Beta Since Not Many Players Play In Beta And I can guaranteed it will work bc on my perspective it worked on 1.36 when it was beta.
I used this everyday, and i gained more than 600k xp in 3 days which is 30 levels and 30 passes in 10 days i gained 2M xp, Wow! 2M xp=100 levels!, im now at level 1000 but im still noob.
