Its actually not that hard to do a high note like that, because in singing there is something called your real and "fake" voice, when doing a high pitch note that you cant really do with your real voice, instead of screaming and potentially having a voice crack, its easier to do it with your "fake" voice.
@ShadowLTM are you talking about chest and head voice? xD I've never heard it referred to as a fake voice before. The only voices i refer to as fake are autotune

you do realize that "oh whoa" and "hey" are american english words, don't you? cause i certainly do. but maybe you missed them in the lyrics for the song. but the song is japaneese with american english words mixed in it.
