FINALLY a review from someone who seems to ACTUALLY ENJOY wrestling. Jeez. The cesspool of "wrestling journalists" and youtubers hating on every little thing from this RAW is mind-blowing. Could they have done more? Yes. Were there some underwhelming parts to the show? Yes. Was it still an overall enjoyable show? YES. Wrestling is meant to be fun and entertaining. Not to be nitpicked to death by a bunch of gordon ramsays online who can't even do a pushup, yet judge wrestlers for getting "tired" after a while.
I didn’t find the show enjoyable at all. Theres a reason why so many fans are feeling dissatisfied with this show, it was bad. The Rock promo was one of the worst promos of the HHH era. It killed off The Final Boss which a lot of people were excited to see the return of. There was about 1 hour of wrestling on a 3 hour show. The entire show felt like a chore to watch. Very reminiscent of the late Vince years. There was more commercials on that show than any show I’ve watched in the history of television. The show was a wet fart and only the most die hard E drones are the ones defending it. I’ve been a WWE fan since 1998 and it’s probably the most disappointed I’ve ever been for a WWE event outside of the 2018-2020 drivel.
This was a good show but it was underwhelming for what they were promoting. Let people be miserable. It's their loss. If you enjoyed it, great. I know I did.
@@MrBeenus I'm just over the hate. Criticism is one thing, and I can criticize a lot about this Monday's Raw for sure. It's the toxic folk that drive people out from watching or go after specific wrestlers for minor things.

I have watched pro wrestling and have been a fan since I was 5. I am now 62 and still a watcher and huge fan. It has changed so much. I was a big fan of the attitude era. A huge fan of The Undertaker, Kane, HHH, HBK, Nash, Hall, The Rock and Stone Cold. Also, many more. But, I am and was also a fan of the wresters of the 60s, 70s and the 80s too. I really like Rhea Ripley, Damien Priest, Roman Reigns, Drew McIntyre and Cody Rhoades now. I like even more, also. There are a lot of talented wrestlers in the WWE. Raw on Nexflix was very good. But, it needed more matches. Vince being head of everything was pretty good. But, at times really bad. But, Triple H is very good in his position. He really works in the perspective of a fan. But, it still needs more tweaking. Wrestling is fun and interesting. I have really enjoyed it all these years. Happy New Year Everyone. May it be a good one.
The genuine hatred the audience had for Hogan was legendary. I was there in person and the Boo's felt like the loudest crowd reaction we had all night. Give me 6 15-30 minute matches that tell a story in the ring VS loading a show with stars any day of the week; however, if you prefer sports entertainment than that's okay.
Or maybe it sucked and it's okay to be critical of something that you ACTUALLY ENJOY and hope that it gets better.
@lilliam9759 big difference between critiquing and plain old hating.
Simon give yourself a Golden Up and keep smashing it Champ 💪
Topanga!!!! Yyeess best moment on raw! 🤣
I hope with the way Allan the Announce Table is now built, he doesn't get broken for a really long time and then makes it a super duper big deal when it finally does
The New Day's N-Word Passes are dismissed after the Kendrick lines lmao
I never noticed that lol
@@andrewatuahene3234 they are not only the biggest heels in pro wrestling but also irl, they have the risk of getting jumped anytime any place
That introduction was Fire🔥👍👍
The Rock sucked the wind out of the house
I was there... booing the hell out of Hogan.
Thank you 🙏
Having recently become obsessed with oath of exile I can confirm performing a war cry does in fact make your next ability more powerful.
The genuine hatred the audience had for Hogan was legendary. I was there in person and the Boo's felt like the loudest crowd reaction we had all night. My brother and I were just cracking up and were hoping Hogan would just crack and go Hollywood Hogan on us. Also, thank you for acknowledging Will Friedle! I was screaming for him to be recognized during the show! Dude voiced Batman for crying out loud! It was a great experience and glad I finally crossed "Going to a Raw" on my bucket list, this was something I always wanted to do as a kid in the 90's.
Good points! I was really disappointed that there was only 1 women's match.
Best part was Hulk Hogan gettn boo’d lol. His career is over 😂
THANK YOU...I thought I was the only one in this community that cared that they totally disrespected Will Friedle. YOU SIR GET THE GOLDEN UP
