The city felt magical that night, the streets shiny and wet from the rain, with stars twinkling above. As I walked through the cobblestone alley, the sounds of the city buzzed softly in the background-horns, people chatting, and the splash of cars driving through puddles. The air was cool, and everything seemed mysterious, as if each corner had its own story to tell. I found myself drawn to a cozy jazz bar at the end of the alley. Warm light spilled onto the street, and the music pouring out of the open door was enchanting. It was a place where time seemed to stand still, with the air thick with the smell of old leather and a hint of cigar smoke. Inside, the room was dimly lit, with flickering candles and a small spotlight on the stage. A man was playing the piano, his fingers moving effortlessly over the keys. The music he played was beautiful and full of emotion, like a story without words. I felt a strange sense of recognition as I watched him, something in his posture and the way he played tugging at my memory. I sat at the bar, unable to look away. When the song ended, he glanced up and caught my eye. A spark of something familiar passed between us, an unspoken connection. “Do I know you?” he asked, his voice deep and soothing, just like his music. “Perhaps in another life,” I replied, feeling a smile tug at my lips. It felt right to be there, talking to him, as if we had always known each other. We chatted for hours, sharing stories of places we’d visited and dreams we had. With each word, the sense of familiarity grew, as if we were uncovering pieces of a puzzle we didn’t know we were solving. The night flew by, wrapped in the bar’s comforting ambiance. When he asked me to dance, I felt a flutter of excitement. We moved slowly to the music, and it was as if the rest of the world faded away, leaving just us and the gentle melody. It felt so natural to be there with him, as if we had danced together a thousand times before. Eventually, we stepped outside into the gentle rain, the city lights reflecting off the wet pavement. Everything felt calm and perfect, the world bathed in a soft glow. “Will I see you again?” I asked, hope mingling with the bittersweet feeling of the night ending. He took my hand and kissed it softly, promising, “In this life or the next.” His smile was warm and reassuring. as we finished dancing, he said that it was time for him to go. I nodded, feeling a bit dissapointed that our moment didn't lasted longer. he walked outside and waved at me, and just as i was about to wave back, car came with crazy speed and crashed into him.
Your Torn outfit was soaked to the bone. your hair sticking to your face, Mascara already dripping down your face with the water. You Sneered at him. His eyes that glowed were sharp & flashed pain. His hair wet, sticking to his face, water dripped down on him. His Hood By now was Sipping Off of him. his white Tunic, Halfway Covered & Soaked in Water & blood. Stuck to his skin, showing his 6 pack, his Hood drooping off his shoulders. his breathings that were becoming Visible Were huffs. the look in his eyes sending Chills down your spine. You lost your gri of the gun, as it slipped and skid on the ground, Your hands Were Pinned At the side of your face. Now you found yourself being Pinned By your Sworn Enemy. You Struggled to free yourself As he Tightened his grip. The rain was now Pouring onto his back, his Coat sliding off. His face was only 4 Inches from yours as you could feel his warm breath on your lips. "Just Give up Darling. There's nothing left for you." His voice was deep, His Breathings Were only Filled with Heavy low Huffs. Mixed Emotions overwhelmed you, as You furrowed your eyebrows, Frowning & Mixed with Anger, Even thought your cheeks Betrayed your Reaction. His Handsome deep voice , through Pain, Chuckled by your reaction. "How adorable~" Your Teeth Gritted, The pain you felt was getting replaced with Adrenaline as it Spiked in your veins. "Shut UP!" Your Legs Went to Your Chest, Kicking his Hard on the Stomach, Air Left him as He Got Lifted from the Impact, His Grip Loosen, Which Gave you the Opportunity To Yank your Hands Free, With Your Boots, You Gave him another Strong Hard Kick! Sending him Flying Off of you, Falling Backwards, He Landed Hard on the ground. The Kick & impact Caused him to Cough up a little bit of Blood. The Pain still was there But thanks to the Pieces Of Fabric you Wrapped around your Wrist & ankle Helped a bit. You Wasted NO time & Stood Back up, Greatly Stumbling in the Process. Quickly Snatching up the gun, You , Marched Up to him, While Limping In the Process. Before he could get back up, You Used Your Sprained Leg, And, with your Boots, Stepped On His Chest, Putting Enough Pressure So he could Barely Breath, and couldn't think. The Pain HURT. But you had to deal with it. "You will NEVER win." You Growled, Frowning as Fire was Set in your eyes. As The Man Struggled to Take off your Big heavy boots, You Pointed it At his Head. "A-after everything we have done to one another...And g-gone through...zngh! ......D-do you *really* w-want it to end like t-this...?" Your eyes Narrowed, And Clicked the Gun. "......" Your Finger Lingered On the Trigger, Squeezing it, But your hand was slightly trembling... You HATED this man! you Despite Him, & Hate his GUTS...... ...so why..........You could only feel yourself Frowning..... (mind: Why am I Hesitating?! S-shoot Him! ....W-why is my hand Not listening to me....?) Your hands only trembled More, He gave you that silent look, as is something in his eyes burned a certain flame, he looked as though he was ready for death, but also filled with something else... You Gritted Your Teeth as You Placed Your Other hand on the Gun, Trying to stop the trembling, your fingers Still Squeezed the Trigger, but it was almost like it didn't want to.... ". . ." His eyes look softened, Still, like he was ready for death, but his eyes now searched within yours... "What are you waiting for Love? Shoot..." Suddenly Feelings you Never knew you had for him Filled your heart....and Your arms Both already Began Trembling..... your eyes Began to well up, even though you just didn't know why..... Okay here goes nothing. Title: Beneath the Crimson Shadows The tension in the air was palpable as Alessa Romano slipped into the grand ballroom, her black silk gown hugging her frame like a second skin. The glittering chandelier above cast shards of light across the room, but nothing could distract her from the man who stood at the center of it all. Rafael DeLuca. The name alone sent a shiver down her spine, and not from fear. The heir to the DeLuca empire-the rival mafia family her father had sworn to destroy-exuded a dangerous charm that made him impossible to ignore. Broad-shouldered, dressed in a perfectly tailored suit, and with dark eyes that seemed to see right through her, Rafael was both her enemy and her obsession. She’d been warned about him countless times. "Stay away from DeLuca," her father had said. "They’ll charm you into a grave." But tonight, they needed information from the DeLuca family, and Alessa had been sent as bait. Her heart pounded as Rafael’s gaze locked onto hers from across the room. A slow, knowing smile spread across his lips. Damn him. He crossed the room with the grace of a predator, stopping just inches from her. "Miss Romano," he said smoothly, his deep voice sending a ripple of heat through her. "I didn’t expect to see you here tonight." "I could say the same," she replied, lifting her chin. She refused to let him see the effect he had on her. Rafael chuckled, his dark eyes gleaming. "You always did like playing with fire." Alessa tilted her head, her lips curling into a smirk. "Only when I know I won’t get burned." But even as she said the words, she felt the spark between them ignite, a dangerous pull that neither of them could deny. "I wonder," Rafael murmured, leaning in close enough that she could feel the warmth of his breath, "if you know how close you are to the edge." Her breath hitched, but she refused to back down. "I don’t scare easily, DeLuca." "Good," he said, his voice dropping an octave. "Because I don’t intend to scare you. I intend to consume you." The words sent a thrill down her spine, but before she could respond, he took her hand and led her out of the ballroom and onto the moonlit balcony. Out here, away from prying eyes, the air between them grew heavier. "Why are you here, Alessa?" he asked, his voice softer now, almost tender. "Why do you think?" she countered, her defenses rising. "I think you’re caught between loyalty to your family and whatever this is," he said, gesturing to the charged space between them. "And I think you hate yourself for wanting me." Alessa’s heart twisted. He was right. She hated that every glance, every touch from Rafael left her craving more. But she also knew the stakes. Their families were enemies, their worlds built on blood and betrayal. "You're dangerous," she said, her voice trembling despite herself. "And you're intoxicating," Rafael replied, stepping closer. His hand cupped her cheek, his thumb brushing her skin. "But if we’re being honest, Alessa, I don’t think either of us cares about the danger." She closed her eyes as his lips found hers, their kiss a desperate, fiery collision of need and defiance. For a moment, the rest of the world fell away, and there was only Rafael-his hands on her waist, his lips claiming hers with a passion that stole her breath. When they broke apart, Alessa’s eyes were blazing. "This can’t happen," she whispered, though her voice lacked conviction. "It already has," Rafael said, his expression both determined and vulnerable. "And you can’t tell me you don’t feel it too." She wanted to deny it, to push him away and return to the safety of her father’s world. But safety had never felt so suffocating, and Rafael had a way of making her feel alive in a way she never had before. Their love was a storm waiting to happen, a fragile thing born in the shadows of violence and vendettas. But as Rafael pulled her into his arms again, Alessa realized she didn’t care. Let the world burn. For this, she would take the risk.
Wait, it goes to let the world burn to slow down, o.o or is it just me?
