Isagi's VA is so committed and sounds so good, it actually fits the character very well

I normally dislike how some dubs sound during shouting and people thinking, but Isagi's VA did both at the same time and it sounds even better than I dreamed of it being. Mad props.

I love blue lock for all these life lessons. Isagi's struggles doesnt just apply to soccer. It applies to those of us who still chase dreams, big or small, soccer or not. If you want to see change, if you want something in a world that's working against you, you have to be the change.

The manga later "spoiler alert" reveals that Isagi has seemingly superhuman eyesight and prodigius skill when it comes to reading someone's body language that combined Isagi's mastery of adaption gives the impression that Isagi can read the mind of a opponent while in a game.

I dont know who casted this dub but they found the right people.. it's flat at times cause all of them are doing the same "I wanna be the main character voice" aside from Nagi and Chigiri (which is an issue stemming from american culture and ego's *ironic*) but who better to voice act a sports anime than americans.. it's 90% of our culture lol

No, it is is-UH-gi, that is how the pronunciation is said in the sub. You sound like every American that pronounces his name with “AHH.” The dub va’s pronounces every characters name correctly just like the sub
They're pronouncing the names as they are pronounced in Japanese. You can't get more corrdct than that.
