Episode 3: MBOE On the Road

As part of the ‪@fisherosu‬ Master of Business Operational Excellence program, our students Amy, Joe and Brandon, traveled to see first-hand "where the work is done." During this cohort, students traveled to Salt Lake City, Utah, and visited Intermountain Healthcare, O.C. Tanner and the United States Postal Office, to see their operational excellence practices in action.
