How are you able to 1vs1? Every time i try to join colosseum or trade resort it says i have a bad signal

i traded for mines, u probably have to find rockruff in port decca, then breed it, then hunt for shiny

my rayqauza is ev trained in speed, i guess his wasn't and very slow
