Thank you for another well-balanced (pun intended ☺️) and informative video. I love that you continuously bring us deeper understanding of these concepts. Would you mind clarifying what stones/crystals you used? (The transcription had a hard time with the names.) I love that you point us in a direction and guide us to make our decisions as best we can. “It’s part of the journey” is so powerful. Also, your soothing voice is so relaxing. And I love how you talk to the camera (not all ASMRtists do). It draws me in and helps me feel like you’re talking to me. I’m definitely in a yin phase, so I appreciate the direction on balancing, though I honestly don’t think I’ve ever been “sparkly” in my life. LOL Anyway, thank you dear Anna, you are so special. My friend went to a reiki and he did stuff with her belly button and it made her stomach stop hurting now she has no pain in her belly after eating 😊

I'm curious, how has starting and maintaining this channel affected your own relationship to Yin/Yang balance - I can imagine being a Reiki master and running a successful youtube lends itself to Yang energy. As a viewer, I'm in a receptive state, though takeaways from these sessions help me implement actions later on.
Such an interesting question! There's no doubt about it, all of the aspects of running a business are very Yang. But then, I think there's something very Yin about my sessions, I like to lean in to the gentleness, and step into the role of the nurturer. So, I think there's sort of a natural Yin/Yang there. What I'm doing is Yang, but how I'm doing it is Yin. But I definitely have to ensure I'm aware of my energy so that I can implement shifts when I sense myself getting out of alignment. It can be a challenge though, haha. Thank you for the question, my friend! :)

I'm under assault my horrible trashy neighbors are bassing their music they've keept me up three nights in a row despite yelling at them which hasn't worked. My Mom had a stroke and my Aunt died so I'm super down and looking for guidance. Love you Miss Anna the light worker. ✨

Tell this EXACT situation to your neighbor. Let them see your anger. Or you can keep it inside and become more depressed and miserable. Anger should be handled no differently than sadness. It MUST be released and expressed. Show your anger and your neighbor will realize the damage they are doing to you, and will back off. Choose "kindness" and they will keep hurting you!
@@abesapien9930 These people are likely squatters and definitely on hard drugs, they're also hanging out with another one of my neighbors who has attacked me physically and constantly threatens me. I'm not backing down especially because the cops where I live are completely ineffective and corrupt, they aren't even on duty between 11pm and 7 am. It's been over half a decade of this insanity. Thanks for your support.
Your area probably has a noise ordinance. Look up the number for it and file a complaint with the police. The first time will be a warning. Times after that will start racking up fines. I had a similar situation to you. I waited in seething silence, not wanting to be a bother. It was incredibly negative. Sleep deprivation is a form of torture. Once I brought the law in, things did get better.
