    Laura you make this look so easy. You’re not afraid to “attack” these succulents. Me I barely touch mine and a leaf will fall. So I’m so gentle 😩 you have confidence and experience. I love 💕 it!!

    I have been watching a bunch of your videos on my lunch hour. They are making me want to leave right now and attack my overgrown beds. Especially the one growing thru the fence. SOOOOOO untidy. Thanks for making me feel armed with good ideas and confidence that I am not making a mess. Still, I hate the throwing away my trimmings, but a mobile home space has only so much space.

    Can you use river rock instead? I am amazed how you just placed the cuttings without roots. When do you water it after you have placed the cutting? Thank you. I live in Miami. It gets quite hot here in the summer with lots of rain but it dries fairly quickly.

  • @roxannebeauclair9906
    @roxannebeauclair9906 8 лет назад +2

    Hi Laura. Thanks for the info and your yard looks beautiful. I noticed that in most of your videos, you do not put down a weed mat/landscape fabric before planting or topping with rocks. Do you ever have problems with grass or weeds? Also, in your opinion is edging necessary to keep areas of rocks separated from each other or paving?

    • @LauraEubanks
      @LauraEubanks  8 лет назад

      Weed fabric is helpful in larger installations. Natural rock edging is my preference to create a barrier between vegetation and rock topdressing!

    Hi Laura. We just planted a King Palm (Alexander variety) in our front yard. It's a 10 yr old and transplanted by MoonValley Nurseries in San Diego county area. Your palm leaves look green & healthy. Ours look a bit white and not as green. I realize it's likely due to stress? How often do u fertilize and can u do a show on King Palms in the future? thanks! Great channel! Just subbed!

      Anywhere from a few hundred to a few thousand depending on size of the area to be planted, type and size of plants used, irrigation and lighting preferences and how much prep work and demo is required beforehand.
