Austin is the father of analytical school. Founder is Bentham. That's what I learnt.

Its founder was John Austin and hence it is also called Austinian School.

Austin is the father of English Jurisprudence.
Bentham had given the concept long before Austin but his work was not published till 1945... Austin is father of English jurisprudence and founded positive school

Wrong info.. Bentham was the true founder of this school and austin was the father and he was the student of Bentham so his prepositions were the para-phrasing of Bentham's theory.. Founder was betham only..
