Soft-spoken Budgeting for August Paycheck | Soft and Slow

I've been watching so many budgeting videos as unintentional asmr, and well, I wanted to try it myself.
This is a real budget with my real numbers, so if any of you have any suggestions, then I am all ears. 😁 I should've started doing this a long time ago but as they say: The 2nd best time to start is right now!

I remember food in Sweden was crazily expensive, though your electric and rent and far lower than here in the UK (although you might live in a cupboard for all I know).
Just one question: what's the glasses column for? Is it a contact lens subscription, or what? That really confused me 😁

I did a payment plan for my glasses for 2 years and a subscription-type thing where I can exchange the lenses and get tested regularly.
Now Im just waiting to pay it off
