If you must show a store, the Trader Joe in the former Bridgemarket constructed in the early 1900's could be the most interesting of all Trader Joe's in the nation. .You could also walk from the apartment to the Greenway by the east river for a great jog or walk which I am certain the wealthy bachelor, bachelorette or empty nestor this apartment is perfect for would prefer to see.

It feels like everyone has their grubby hands out charging fee's for everything it's not like you just pay your mortgage and your done till the next month. When you buy a place even if you had the money to pay for it entirely you still aren't done. House insurance and property taxes will never go away.

I used to live on this block when I was a kid, in the 1980s. The building I was in, was an old, charming place. I love this condo; mostly because of the view, but it's sad that one has to be a millionaire to live in Manhattan now. Gentrification erases culture, and charm.

I feel like a voyeur watching this. It’s stunning.
