As a native New Yorker I never thought I'd say this, but at 1.35 million this place looks absolutely worth it.
Price is reasonable...however, the monthly condo fees will make you go broke.
@saidbelowahed822they're supposed to be for the maintenance of the building and common spaces, but they can get exorbitant
The monthly fees are close to what other people pay in rent.
Also the salaries of all the workers there providing you services
I DONT GET IT.
ID MUCH RATHER BE IN THE COUNTRY IN A SHACK.
Taking a look at that neighborhood and that view, I knew it was too expensive to even watch, let alone buy. That said, the price seemed quite reasonable for what you get. It's a beautiful apartment.
"A compass in case you've lost your way in life"...Where can I get one of those?
I needed the laughs today, so thank you, Cash!
His sarcastic humor is what sells these apartments in my opinion.
Maybe at the psychic life coach?
I used to live on this block a long time ago, and the rent was 450 a month, for a one bedroom.
I've got red flags going off. Maintenance fees must be through the roof
I love when you work with high end realtors. I get the impression they find you funny and refreshing. They loosen up around you which says a lot about your success. You’re a breath of fresh air and I laughed out loud when she responded to your “Crazy Uncle” comment with “You don’t want him to get too comfortable”. So wonderful for you ❤
it's TRUE. I love Pam for having Cash along for viewing her listings.
They are probably happy because they're all rich.
@@jamesnylan exactly
Yep; win for Pam.
As a kid I remember driving over that bridge from Queens to Manhattan, looking at those apartments, and thinking it'd be amazing to live there and have that view. Now I get to see the inside of one of those apartments. Thank you for bringing back some good memories.
I would buy this unit just for the amazing view alone. But that's not saying that the apartment isn't gorgeous because it is! I knew it was staged though and after Cash jumped on the bed and almost broke his behind, (which had me rolling on the floor BTW,) I then knew it for sure..
The music in the video cracks me up. It's like music used in a workout montage in an early 80s movie.
This is a sensational apartment !
For years I've seen those apartments from the 59th street Bridge when I entered the city. Now I finally get to see what it looks like inside
If I was extremely wealthy and wanted to live in NYC this would be the place.
no its not bro, the neighborhood is complete shit.
You don't need to be extremely wealthy to buy it. It's considered lower end of the market at that price point. It's a bargain and absolutely gorgeous.
@@thedappercook for an NYC apartment, which is basically right in the middle of the city, that is a great price. I wonder if it's a CO-OP or condo
You know you’re going to see an expensive apartment when Cash takes his shoes off.
I love love this one. My favorite so far.
My favorite too!
$1.35 Mil doesn't seem that bad until you remember association fees, property tax, any special assessments and parking. 😕
So True.
I totally agree with you HOA and taxes never mentioned!
Absolutely stunning apt, furniture and view!
Surprisingly good price for the size/quality of apartment, location and view... so I'm guessing the monthly maintenance fees are out of control!
Looked it up and found this exact apartment -- sure enough: maintenance is almost 2900/month AND they require a 65% minimum down payment LOL!!
4:57 Fabulous chandeliers! My gosh they beat the hell out of modern excuses for lighting fixtures
Love the area and the apartment.
The price is very reasonable for a beautiful apartment in NYC. You, Pam, and Phil are hilarious.
Yes. the dynamic between them all was fun and lighthearted. It's fun when Pam pops up in Cash's videos
I love everything about this apartment. I would have thought it would be well over 2 million so this price is a steal. If I had the money I would take it in a New York minute!! ❤❤
Wow $1.3 million is actually a decent deal considering NYC charges like multi million for shelters
Agree. But what's the HOA fee?
@@wrecklisseve and the parking fee
How much are the yearly property taxes?
OMG I LOVE THIS PLACE !
I would sit and stare out the window all day.
You did it this time! Great looking apartment. Nice kitchen and fantastic views. I'm still not a fan of the modern white decor, but I'd buy it and mess with it a little. Slap me for saying this, but the price isn't bad, either. What is wrong with me today?
Hi Cash and to your Friends, wow another gorgeous NYC box apartment. I like all the NYC apartments they are classy and a great city to live in. I just wish I can afford the high rent or lease. Stay well and safe 👍
Great Meeting You Today Cash 🤝🏼(UWS) Really an amazing person. Pray all works well for you and this lead you places. Been A Fan For Years!! God Bless Bro!
It's a super nice floorplan.
It's quite a long long walk from Bloomingdale's to Sutton Place but maybe a stroll around the beautiful neighborhood may be better for viewers seeking this gorgeous one bedroom. If you must show a store, the Trader Joe in the former Bridgemarket constructed in the early 1900's could be the most interesting of all Trader Joe's in the nation. .You could also walk from the apartment to the Greenway by the east river for a great jog or walk which I am certain the wealthy bachelor, bachelorette or empty nestor this apartment is perfect for would prefer to see.
6-ish blocks.
@@TrainsFerriesFeet ugh
I don't think a 10 minute walk is "long" That is the time from 1st avenue to Bloomingdales. 12 minutes at most.
This is in stark contrast to what we normally see on this channel. What a stunning apartment. The luxury is in the little details, the high end finishes, the clean lines, and the large and airy floorplan. Dare I say... worth the money. And I absolutely love this neighborhood. Sold. Heading to my bank right now (to draw out the $4.59 left in my accout).
Really beautiful, and simply aspirational... but also, now I could go for a 7-eleven donut
Good God, I would LOVE to live here. The price seems cheap for where it is. Def worth the price
And that view!! I’d live in a box to get that view
Bet this is already rented. Great price
Finally a modern kitchen where the stove isn’t in front of the sink
Your personality makes NYers seem alot less mean than what the rest of the U.S. perceives them to be🤣
I've been on the streets for 45 years. I think it absolutely essential to expect everyone to wear socks in the house. And always 'clean' socks so that the socks keep cleaning the rugs. Only have to vacuum the rugs occasionally for pet hairs and human hair.
I LOVE IT!! I live in the Midwest and thought, "$1M and some change? NOT BAD!" ...from watching this channel!! This will SELL in a heartbeat!
I like the two doors' access system - entrance and trash/recycling.
Nice apartment though.
Wow! This place is gonna go quick! If I wanted to live in NYC....I'd put an offer in and hope no one else watches this video. haha.
High-end realtors are so cool
Cash - you seem to get along with all realtors! 🎉😂
Cash your commentary is gold!! A tree stump and a little brush! 😂😂😂😂 And do people still send you stuff? Is your address still the same?
I 💕 that view💕
Awesome video! But when will we see the illegal hidden luxury box tiny-house factory roof apartment no one wants to rent? Huh?
I’m comment number 100! And I’ll say I love this apartment, it’s perfect!
After yesterday's $17,500 a month flat this seems like a STEAL!!👍
This is 4 Sure Gonna b so Good CJ🔥🔥🔥👍n Happy Friday😀….
This is quality compared to yesterdays video. Perfect
A beautiful one bedroom for a single person or a couple. The only down side is the air pollution is terrible in that area.
Hi, where are you from?
Stellar view and location!! It was the bed moment for me. 😂
Life has ALREADY been "tough", Cash. I think it's because of the 'psychic "coach". GOT to find a coach like the General.
A bachelor pad... Hell yeah 👌
Cash, I love the amazing variety of apartments and condos that you review! Very entertaining!!
I love this place. Does it come with Phil? Hahaha!
The apartment is gorgeous.
Does box-apartment mean something different? That place is bigger than my house, AND next door, put together. :)
I agree this modern condo is worth the price. Awesome view of the 59 St Bridge. It's just missing the balcony. Does the building have a roof terrace?
Awesome apartment. I think the price is okay for this part of New York.
I´ve never seen mushroom coffee before. My initial thought was: how much "magic" is in these mushrooms to give you an extra kick in the morning? ;p
Cash please start a second channel and just tour neighborhoods in New York I swear I be crackin up like at 0:32 to 1:37 🤣🤣🤣🤣
You should film luxary lofts in New York.
What a beautiful apartment. Wow. And a bargain too!
This is a great deal, in my opinion. However, no mention of the monthly maintenance fee.
If l could've, I would've.
I even like the Staging.
Mentions Starbucks coffee and then cuts immediately to a leaking fire hydrant, I see what you did there, Cash! 😂
Sonic the Hedgehog movie , Eggman gets stuck on a mushroom planet , and tries to make mushroom coffee ,idk if that's any influence haha
That woman realtor looks like the from the movie "Wall Street". I guess the deal can't be that good!
Ritz Diner looks like a E. Hopper painting
wow..my type of place...unaffordable!...but worth the investment if you like the lifestyle!
1400 sq. ft. 1bed, no bathtub sad , W/D & service entrance, lots of closets, huge entertainment area
These intros sound like my grandma on a road trip. Love it.
Your grandma must be ten tons of fun!
I would love to see the view at night
Definitely as close to the perfect place as I can get. Price is very reasonable!!! I ❤ this place!!! It’s bigger than my home!!! I only wishI can afford this place. 😢
Your next challenge - find the biggest private NY residential garden.
That woman is old school New York ! Loved the presentation and apartment. Would have been nice to hear some comment on the noise from the bridge/roads too!
@Cash Jordan Best real estate! Thanks for sharing. Best wishes from Germany!🍀
Do I know too much when I immediately recognized that as a ship’s compass? (It’s on a gimbal so it always stays level no matter how rough the sea gets.)
Cash , you are awesome! How’s your family?
nice videos man❤❤❤
Smile direct club is just teeth alignment
I see you didn't slam the doors on any of the appliances in this place...
He never does when he’s being watched by the rep. or owner.
It's a very nice place. I wonder how much the building monthly fee's are and do you have to pay property taxes in New York for a condo? It feels like everyone has their grubby hands out charging fee's for everything it's not like you just pay your mortgage and your done till the next month. When you buy a place even if you had the money to pay for it entirely you still aren't done. House insurance and property taxes will never go away.
THAT would bring Me to NYC!!!! It is absolutely STUNNING!!!!!! Maybe you could show a few more luxury apartments around NYC etc.
I believe this building is "The Sovereign".
I lived at 434 East 58th St. in 1971/72 when this was built.
Calvin Klein was an early tenant.
When apartments like this have a reasonable selling price, the maintenance price is very high. I'd guess about 4,000. per month.
It's a co-op, fees are listed at ~$2,800. Not terrible and sizable at 1,400 sqft.
Cash you killed me man when you crashed on to the bed and busted it! Great apartment of course and the view is stunning. Pity I can't afford it.
I loved when he whispered to the camera, "Nobody saw anything." They will when they see this video, Cash. They'll have a good laugh then say, "he shan't be back!"
SOOO...You have to replace all the windows when you move. Hmm... wonder how much that costs? I know those hi-rise windows are very expensive. They must be able to withstand strong winds and storm related leakage that can cause mold issues.
Love all yr videos, have obsession with NYC, wish I could live there
we need more episode with pam and phill jordan, their listing always realistic and comfortable. beside theyre always genuine.
Who did the interior design I would is to renovate my townhouse in this style layout but with the same decor
6:19 Soooooooooooooooooo.....we went from "the parlour"..................to "the foyer"..................... to NOW------"the gallery" Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhh, new words in the real estate industry. I'll have to try them out on my faky frineds
Love the commentary on the local areas too - and the clever comedy!
This is a beautiful apartment. Love your videos. Great narratives of the neighborhoods near the apartments.
Should live outside NYC.
I'm gonna buy this
Not even joking 1.35 is actually a great price for this place. I would expect 1.5+ at least!
Spectacular view!
Why does it scare me when Cash goes to these places lol. Please dont bang around in the kitchen 🙃 omg i spoke before i watched it all bedroom confirms my suspensions
Beautiful but city living just isn’t my thing. I would love to have that shower though. I stayed once at a place that had steam showers where the shower became a steam room also and that was neat.
The apartment is OK, but its got that damn old ugly bridge spoiling the view. And northern exposure ... no sunlight.
Quite a place at that price, but I imagine monthly maintenance is high
Love it. Wish that si could afford it. For NYC, it's reasonable. Some extremely rich people pay apartments as investments. Rarely or never live there. Wow!
Wow! This is a beautiful and spacious apartment!
Ah, to be rich and live in NYC!. 😁
Pam seems nicer, but I feel I would end paying more haha
To Phil: Give me your coat NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I LUUUUUUUUUUUUUUV IT!
Thanks! It's Todd Snyder😄. I think I can get another year or two out of it but then you can have it
Okay, it's for sale. I think it was just for rent. 1400 sqft is pretty small.
I used to live on this block when I was a kid, in the 1980s. The building I was in, was an old, charming place. I love this condo; mostly because of the view, but it's sad that one has to be a millionaire to live in Manhattan now. Gentrification erases culture, and charm.
I feel like a voyeur watching this. It’s stunning.
