How do you know what a property looks like from the bank if it's not listed? I admire your work, I'm going to strive to do the same. I'm interested in commercial property. I've read 4 real estate books and listened to 2 audio books including rich dad poor dad.

Its a religious thing, as being muslim I cant have interest based loan... so finding ways to do saveup and gather resources (family loans strategies/best proposals/projects) in the future by focusing on 'how can I afford it' mindset. M a broker, got licensed so better understand investing. Not detrimental, is a benefit to have license. M a retired RN in California. I'm held to a higher ethical standard as a licensee - a fiduciary relationship in real estate. The real estate license is beneficial, in my opinion, but not necessary to be an investor.
