i watch a video by by Rbbi David Hanoch Yitzchak Bar-Hayim and he said its still fine to use to up to 45min he did explain just as long as you are still working the dough

Hey we don’t need to call that a tandoori oven. We have a nice Hebrew word “Tanur.” So we can have a Tanuri oven to cook our Matzah! ;)
FYI, you can use a pasta roller to make these extra thin and cook much quicker
