The Roman's did not fall when Rome fell. The Roman's took proper recourse. The Roman's fell in Constantinople. In 1453. And due to fact that they relied on mercenaries.
"For the ruin of Italy has been caused by nothing else, than by resting all of her hopes for many years on mercenaries."

Exactly right. Obviously, all she knows about the Roman Empire comes from the one movie.
She is an example of someone lacking a classical education.
She has no clue to the extent to which our founders studied the failures of Greek Democracy or concentration of power and special interests within the Roman Republic that guided them in designing a Republic that might endure and escape those ancient shortcomings and excesses. Sadly, the 16th and 17th amendments broke the constraints.

IT'S BECAUSE I AM A THIRD GENERATION HISPANIC AMERICAN AND I LIVE IN SOUTH TEXAS BY THE BORDER IN DONNA AND EVERYWHERE I GO WE ARE OUTNUMBERED BY DEADBEAT ENTITLED ILLEGAL ALIENS ON WELFARE, FREE HOUSING, FREE MEDICAL ETC. THESE ILLEGAL ALIEN HAVE PERMEATED THE WHOLE SOUTH TEXAS CAUSING TRAFIC ACCICENTS WITH NO DRIVER LICECES OR INSURANCE. THEY DELAY THE WORKING CLASS IN SOUTH TEXAS BECAUSE THEY HAVE PERMEATED THE RIO GRANDE VALLEY. THE ILLEGAL ALIENS BRING FENTENAL TO MURDER PEOPLE AND HUMAN SMUGGLIING OF CHILDREN TO RECYCLE THEM AND ALSO THEY SMUGGLE SEX TRADE WORKERS. SOME OF THEM ARE VERY WELL OFF BECAUSE THEY HAVE ALOT OF SHADY PRACTICES. IN SHORT THAT WHAT I THINK ABOUT JUST ABOUT EVERYDAY BECAUSE I DREIVE AND I HAVE ALREADY BEEN HIT TWICE BY THE BIG TRUCKS THAT THEY DRIVE SO NOTING HAPPENS TO THERE VEHICES AND SINCE THEY DON'T HAVE INSURANCE OR DRIVER LICENCES AMERICANS HAVE TO PAY HEAVY INSURANCE SO THAT THEIR DEDUCTABLES ARE LOW. THROUGH OUT THE YEARS ILLEGAL ALIENS HAVE COMMITTED NUMEROUS MURDERS AND VIOLENT ACT. THEY ARE NOT AS INNOCENT AS THE MAINSTREAM MEDIA MAKES THEM OUT TO BE. THAT THEY ARE ONLY HERE TO WORK. IN ADDITION, NEEDING A JOB IS NOT WHAT ASYUM IS FOR. THEY HAVE ONE SKILL AND ONE SKILL ONLY. Well it's called Classical Republicanism, Rome and Greece both had the same political system in which leaders were selected by ballot rather then being hereditarily granted their position.
Greece didn't exactly fall to tyrants, rather a few centuries of squabbling between city-states lead each one trying to exert power and influence over the other, until eventually around 338 B.C., Philip started his conquest to conquer all of Greece in order to unify it, which eventually would be carried on be Alexander who accomplished just that.

The Roman Empire was talked about in Daniel and Revelation. And it prophesied that out of it will come a religious system aka the Roman Catholic Church that will twist the truth of the Bible and martyr millions that did not bow to the popes and their dogmas. From 538 to 1798 known as the Middle Ages or dark ages they killed millions that they considered heretics by feeding to the lions and burning at the stake.
The Bible warns that just before Jesus returns a global dominance of this religious system will rise again and its tyranny will be repeated with the help of apostate Protestantism, Christins who have rejected Bible truth but have influenced civil authority to enforce what they believe are Bible principles. Church and state will united as did with the Roman Catholic Church and will begin in America and extend to the rest of the world. False worship will be enforced. Sunday worship, the day of the sun, earth day to save our planet in opposition to Gods 7th day Sabbath will be mandated to keep holy. This is a Catholic pagan teaching and directly defys the authority of God who said in his 4th commandment, Remember the Sabbath day to keep it holy, 6 days you labor and do all your work but the 7th day is the Sabbath of the Lord your God.
The Catholic Church (leadership, not members) believes it is Gods representation on earth and has the authority to change Gods law. This is a pagan institution and they will enforce false worship very soon as they lead the movement in climate change.
      Revelation 13

Beast #2 Apostate Protestantism of America

His analysis is a little off. The Roman Empire wasn't, and never sought to be, nor ever expressed itself as being an egalitarian state. There was a particular hierarchy to society. It was a slave-holding society from it's birth to collapse, and those slaves were at the bottom. Then there were freemen who couldn't vote but could more or less participate in the marketplace freely. Plebeians, who were citizens, could vote and own more property. And at the top, the Patricians, who were the descendants of the founders of Rome and they held most of the political power. And within those structures, men were above women. Women couldn't vote for example but many women were literate (particularly among patricians) and were shop owners or even managed their family estates.
All that said, sometimes people of humble origin, poor, or even former slaves could rise up to have enormous wealth and power.

Nope, that's wrong. The primary reason the roman empire fell is because they used lead pipes for their drinking water. The lead slowly started poisoning the minds of everyone, including leadership, and that caused them to start making a bunch of dumb ass decisions which had profound repercussions. In the end, the roman empire fell because they were too widespread, they had deep fiscal problems, they were spread too thin and couldn't repel invaders and raids on their borders, they had huge communication problems because of the time delay between sending messages around the empire (it all had to be hand carried via roads and horseback). The romans eventually decided to partition their empire into the east and west, so when the empire finally collapsed due to fiscal problems, the eastern portion of the empire just became the byzantine empire and the western portion kind of just imploded and created a power vacuum which ushered in the dark ages, lasting several centuries...

the depravity of the society has very little to do with it's downfall.
There are countries that have had legal rights to fornicate with animals, and where prostitution is not only legal, but there are shacks designed to hold people in place for fornication like a stockade, where the public just comes in and uses it like a latrine.
Yet those societies have been running strong for a fairly long time.
There is far more going on that causes the fall of a society, than whether or not it is depraved.
However, people like to look at failed or failing societies, which have numerous issues all adding up to its failure, and then cherry pick the ones they personally dislike to say "this is the reason, this here! nothing else, just this!"
When in reality, the single issue they picked, is often a minor issue at best and there are many societies with that same issue which are running just fine in comparison.

That third video of the girl trying to tell everyone what men are thinking about is from a feminist being angry that men are smart.
Men do think about the Roman empire frequently. Not because of movies, but because of legacies. Men are very logical processors that focus on legacy. A man's primary goal in life is the legacy he leaves behind, and the Roman empire is a legacy, relatable. Men think about the technological gains from the Roman's. Women aren't thinking "Gee, why is the middle of the road slightly higher than the sides of the road." No. Men are. Because men know it's to make water wash away from the center of the road to the sides. A technique the Roman empire greatly greatly greatly utilized. Women aren't thinking, "Gee, if we didn't have Romans making carriages, swords, etc. back in the day, imagine what today's technology would be vastly lacking in." They're not. Men are though.
Most of what men think about the Roman empire is related to STEM which is what men are primarily gravitated towards in society. Science. Roman Empire. Technology. Roman Empire. Engineering. Roman Empire. Mathematics. Roman Empire.
Women fight the government over humanitarian issues. Men fight the government over structure, legacy, and stability.
That's why more men complain more about gas prices, Amendment laws, military strategies, etc. while women complain more about things relating to personalities and feelings (transgenderism being the prime current example). Men have a "Let's make sure this machine is well oiled and running but the cosmetic condition doesn't really matter" mindset while women have a "Let's make sure this machine isn't black/white or greasy, it should be shiny and pretty but doesn't care if it's running right" mindset.
Look at car buying. Women tend to look at how cosmetically a car is. Men tend to look at how mechanical a car is. Just straight up facts. And none of this would exist... you guessed it... without the Roman Empire.
ignore that woman trying to hate on men for being intelligent. She's throwing a temper-tantrum ego trip because she lost some argument or couldn't manipulate a guy she wanted to abuse.

It talked about the comradery of a group of soldiers. About the deepest bonds are formed by men at war. Why didn’t they learn from that? Why weren’t they more inspired by that?

I’ve been explaining the bread and circuses quote to anyone who has the attention span to listen, which in a world where many people refuse to read anything that resembles a paragraph or more than a one liner is exceedingly rare. As you and that man from the caption also have observed and mentioned, people are too busy keeping up with a kardashian or watching some game or scrolling mindlessly on a tik tok or insta… all of which I have a hard time convincing myself that when deaths door is reached I’ll be saying are things I regret not doing more of with the all too brief amount of time we are allotted even if we are blessed with 90 years… but I digress.
Bread and circuses… in modern terms we would say “reality tv/social media and food stamps.” It’s bizarre that so many people seem to be perfectly content with the world and how it’s been going to hell in a handbasket. People are okay that there are elites who have been performing some sleight of hand, semi clever tactics like using different terms to get away with things. What I mean is like we are taught monopolies are not cool not allowed right ? Well that’s fine we will just call them conglomerates to skirt that law. No, we don’t bribe politicians we lobby them.
To me, it’s obvious that much of what they taught us in school was wrong or unhelpful, they desire to keep us dumb and dependent, feed us crap food full of ingredients you can’t pronounce and have no idea what they really are or the impact they have on our bodies.. just look around there’s cancers galore and autoimmune diseases becoming more prevalent. Then they not only get to profit off selling us the junk they also get to profit of the treatment. Never a cure that’s one time revenue they want recurring revenue. I had hope with the whole propagandemic that people would finally wake up and things would change but it appears klaus and his wef cronies may succeed with the great reset they openly tell us they’re implementing but again, many are more interested in nonsense or busy being told what their opinions should be by the mainstream media .. all of which at the end of the day are owned by a couple people/companies, namely vanguard and black rock. I dunno I could go on but chances are like one person may actually read this before reporting me for something .. I fear for our children if things don’t change and change soon for the better. There is earned wealth and inherited wealth. Those who had to earn their wealth know better than to give handouts to poor people, as that enables their bad behavior. They either want to succeed or they don't. Many cope by allowing themselves to lose control to substances! This is probably the most destructive of behaviors which can only be cured by will power! It took me 20 years to realize that losing control was totally destroying my life! Once I took control, my world view changed a Ton!

DEFRADING AMERICA AND GETTING THE AMERICAN PUBLIC TO PAY FOR IT SO IN THE FUTURE THEY AND THERE ANCHOR BABIES WILL VOTE FOR DEMOCRATS.
Sunday worship, the day of the sun, earth day to save our planet in opposition to Gods 7th day Sabbath will be mandated to keep holy. I think of the Roman Empire's fall and I will always remember that Italian professor who attributed the fall of the Empire to a "contagion of homosexuality and effeminacy". That's what's going on in America right now. Rome was obsessed with homosexuality and sexual perversion much in the same way that America is with wokeness and the LGBT crap. It's happening again. The society will become so weakened from within that the population is soft, weak and sexually perverse. Meanwhile the leaders are all corrupt and they're no longer able to hold on to their authorty and the Empire is no longer able to project its power. All its distant territories have turned into fiefdoms of their regional military leaders and ready to secede from the Empire.
Look at America today. Its traditional allies have weakened. Its trade partners are no longer faithful to just the US and are openly doing business with, and investing in, China and Russia. Much of the world is gradually pivoting away from the petrodollar. The saner countries of the world are mocking and ridiculing America's woke culture and the presence of mentally-ill gender-confused people in the military leadership. Look at the streets of San Francisco and many parts of Baltimore, Chicago, and many other cities. They're rife with homeless tents, zombified druggies, trash, filth... you don't even see that in places like Kuala Lumpur, Jakarta, Bangkok and Hanoi.
America truly is heading down the same way as Rome. All signs point towards its collapse and the end of its global dominance.

    • @robtooley4002
      @robtooley4002 Год назад

One other thing that lead to the fall was indoor plumbing among the wealthy. They used lead pipes, and mostly only the wealthy could get indoor plumbing. So you had a ruling class essentially succumbing to lead poisoning. The young were becoming insane and debauchery was an offshoot of that.
There may still be a parallel, as there is evidence of hormones, other drugs and microplastics in our water, in addition to less than healthy diets, thay surely have impacted people's minds and reasoning.
I am a woman who loved studying Roman civilization and so do also think about it fairly frequently. It's frightening to me the way people feel modern western civilization is so stable and permanent when it is a mere infant compared to many powerful civilizations of the past. Thinking about Rome, it's contributions to modern society, and it's eventual fall should be a warning to us all, but we just continue to take our way of life for granted.
