From my growing up in Christianity and in my earlier to not so distant past after my spiritual awakening, focusing on the non-physical, the spiritual, and on becoming 'god' like was so strong that, many times after awakening, I considered suicide. However, after many talks with my higher self and being led to hear from others, I began relearning that I am here to have a human experience in this incarnation as me, just like my soul planned it, and that abandoning this world and the humans that aren't awakening doesn't make me more 'god' like. Very liberating ❣️

Oh hey! I've been working on this for a while now without even knowing that's what I've been doing. I feel like the root chakra is the base for my body, everything upward, but the Earth star goes downward, it's my relationship between Earth and me, and that comes with being an open conduit to receive the energy from Earth into me. I think when people say grounding, or create a grounding cord, they might mean extending a cord from the Earth star into the core of the earth. Cool stuff!

Karma according to Bashar, literally means "BALANCE." Meaning, "Oh, I am out of balance, I need to take actions or decisions that bring me IN BALANCE." That is also a beautiful *definition* and makes sense in a large context of what we understand Karma to be.
I never heard of that chakra before, but it makes so much sense hearing you talk about it. It inspires me, so thank you. So it’s centered below the feet… I love walking barefoot in nature (or basically anywhere as long as it’s safe). And when I need to ground myself, feeling my body, my weight, the physical form head to toe really does bring me back to reality, my environment, earth. Be it animals, plants or things/landscapes, it’s all matter, it all holds energy, an essence, and that makes it sacred. And my mind may be able to create infinite worlds or different realities, but there will always only be one here and now to interact with it. (It’s a bit messy, but those are my thoughts on this) 😊

This reminds me of being in a library reading 50 pages for final exam while you have good time chilling on an airconditioner and the neon lights make you read more. Then you play FPS game and nap without worrying that you didn't learn material because you did by finalizing knowledge with tasks and grades... then we as working adults have fun creating more hi tech for pleasure and if someone doesn't fit with the posibilities of imagination then they are stuck in being out of touch with modern design and just superficially scoff at everything "new" and shiney dismising it as double of more mechanism created for own good.

Unearth all kinds of traumas and heal those parts of me and re-integrate them. Learning to trust my gut feeling was probably one of the most effective ways to be able to gain trust enough to navigate this reality. I had Crohns disease, perhaps as a immunological response to not wanting to participate in life AT ALL. But, somehow as I tried to figure out how to become embodied, grounded in my body I had to relearn how to communicate with my biology. Trusting the gut feeling was not easy to learn. Along the way my Crohns got healed. Lots of ideas why, but no actual proof so I am just grateful it is healed. The more I heal my developmental traumas the more capacity I seem to gain in all parts of living. The more I re-integrate my fragmented parts the more easy life becomes to thrive in. Funny how people always just blurt out things like "coping mechanisms" as if that is some sort of actual functional healed way to thrive. Sure, as a crutch or lifewest a coping mechanism is very useful but it is eventually in the way of living. Perfect survival tool and certainly have used many over the years and I still have lots of work to build up resilience to be able to not get knocked out by things that easily overwhelm me. But what makes me somewhat overwhelmed these days used to knock me out for weeks or even months before. Now, if possible, I just don't get overwhelmed, but if I do, I just sleep it off in a few hours and if I can't at the moment, I do function until I can deal with it as before I just crashed completely.
sure... But I do notice that I do all of those earth Chakra practices and when I do them, life is quite easy. If I ignore them, I will within a few weeks or even faster get really whacked out. So in a very practical way, doing those earth Chakra practices are my most useful coping mechanisms... If I don't do them, I get so ungrounded I don't function in this reality. Even ended up in a 3 week coma when I was younger simply because this world can be overwhelming.

This was very interesting. I definitely think that with what we are discovering in regards to energy & vibration in matter will one day give us the ability to observe phenomena such as the chakras. Personally I have begun to theorize there is some connection between the nervous system and the chakras, Chi/Qi, Prana, etc. I’m theorizing that either the electric-like energy our nervous system uses to send signals is involved in some way, and the either the nervous system itself or this electricity-like current can affected by other forms of vibration or energy and possibly our nervous systems act like an ant’s antennae or a regular antenna. Possibly the “sixth sense” is really an aware nervous system? Like how you can just tell someone is behind you staring intently. Or how the hair raises on your arms. Or I’m completely wrong. But it feels like I could be right. 🤷♂️

Now, if possible, I just don't get overwhelmed, but if I do, I just sleep it off in a few hours and if I can't at the moment, I do function until I can deal with it as before I just crashed completely.
sure... But I do notice that I do all of those earth Chakra practices and when I do them, life is quite easy. If I ignore them, I will within a few weeks or even faster get really whacked out. So in a very practical way, doing those earth Chakra practices are my most useful coping mechanisms... If I don't do them, I get so ungrounded I don't function in this reality. Even ended up in a 3 week coma when I was younger simply because this world can be overwhelming.

This was very interesting. I definitely think that with what we are discovering in regards to energy & vibration in matter will one day give us the ability to observe phenomena such as the chakras. Personally I have begun to theorize there is some connection between the nervous system and the chakras, Chi/Qi, Prana, etc. I’m theorizing that either the electric-like energy our nervous system uses to send signals is involved in some way, and the either the nervous system itself or this electricity-like current can affected by other forms of vibration or energy and possibly our nervous systems act like an ant’s antennae or a regular antenna. Possibly the “sixth sense” is really an aware nervous system? Like how you can just tell someone is behind you staring intently. Or how the hair raises on your arms. Or I’m completely wrong. But it feels like I could be right. 🤷♂️

They are messing with the earths electromagnetic field with CERN and the Schuman resonance has been so off for quite some time that even field animals such as cows and horses are getting the bad vibe from the earth vibration, and it’s affecting their hooves and ultimately their systematic Bone health. And obviously, that’s happening to us!
