    My Dad Hal Gerhardt was the graphic artist/art director for the ad agency that made these Colgate commercials. He drew Happy Tooth and Mr Tooth Decay. This video is a lost piece of my family history since these were done live. Thanks so much for posting this.

    "Bison Bill" frequently filled in for "Buffalo Bob" Smith while he was recuperating from his heart attack during the 1954-'55 season....Bill LeCornec is the voice behind the "Colgate" tube.
