Locally warning of heavy rain arriving (front #10) along the Carribean Coast, flooding slightly receding on the lowlands there as heavy past rain runoff from highlands drains away..scattered local rain there now. Usual Pacific coast convection rain at night
Road and bridge repair continues w significant collapses causing one way traffic sqeezing by
