Tried this and followed everything exactly as mentioned... after 40 mins the muffins were still completely raw in the middle and brown outside...
Avoid wasting food and time, try another recipe :(
Yea they don't seem likely to bake well and what a mess she made putting them in the tin. Wanted to clean that tin up before she baked it.
