Running Across The State of Florida - 164 Miles...

- On Saturday April 27, 2024 we touched the Atlantic Ocean at Fort Pierce, Florida. We started running at 4:30am. We ran 164 miles across the state to Anna Marie Island, Florida and arrived Sunday at 1:30pm. What an amazing but insane journey it was. I hope you guys enjoy the video!

The ending had me crying so much. Not because of the touching music but because the love and support you all have for one another. It was a beautiful thing to see. I wish I had a support group or friends like this. Working out together, lifting each other up, supporting each other. I work for Hospice and really my majority of my interactions are with my patients yes it’s a blessing to help them but sometimes I wish I can have interactions like you guys have too. I hope one day I can me you and Laura and workout at your box. Bucket list.

After having my first little one and helping him to grow,he is now 9 months old and I'm able to pick up my fitness journey I once had before he joined this world. Though I'll never be on you and your friends level and I'll certainly never run 162 miles, I wanted to say I find this video absolutely inspiring and amazing. I like the realness and feel beginning to end. Great job.
