Thanks! I used to track my cheat days when I was dieting or cutting. I don’t do that before. I just eat a little less the day before or after. Sometimes I just eat normally. I use the calories as fuel for my training.

See, over here in the UK the general public hasn’t really had exposure to how creative food really can be, luckily social media has allowed food vendors here both franchise and more so independents to showcase their culinary masterpieces. Ive had to educate so many of my peers about this missed pleasure and at least once a month I have to return to my favourite joint FatHippo in soho London for a stacked triple PB+J Burger, loaded fries and many MANY sides 😋 check out their socials you’ll like what you see!

Depending on your progress with your cut, I recommend having refeed days rather than a full cheat day.
I wish we have something like Cheescake Cutie here in Germany. The only thing which is excellent in the south/ bavaria area are our Prezels. 😁😄
