Hello, I'd like to talk about head tracking technology because I attach great importance to it. From what I've seen on RUclips or in other reviews, people don't dwell on it much or don't prioritize it much, but there's a very important aspect to consider. Especially when riding a bike, when I turn my head to the right or left to focus more on the sounds behind me on the road, thanks to head tracking, the sound stays in the front, and there is no sound in the other earbud and allowing me to focus more on the sounds coming from behind. No one seems to mention such a usage scenario for head tracking technology, but I believe it's a very effective use.
It's really good to see some good competition in open ear buds, finally! However, I prefer the 1More S50 which do sound very close to in ear buds but still do feel very open because of their special design. Thank you for your great review, Andy! 😊
@@AndysTechToneplantronic backBeat fit 2100 was in my opinion bach better proposition for sports not such open construction but still you can heard sounds from outside.
Hey Andy, Great video and thank you so much for the amazing review. I would like to hear your thoughts on this vs the 1More S50? If you could make a VS video between the different individual competitors, that would be awesome.
Thanks for reviewing these Andy - great to see more manufacturers bringing this style to market. Can you comment on whether you noticed any white/residual noise on the Pro compared to, for example, the clean audio of the Shokz OpenFit?
Hi, Soundcore dropped a major software update a couple of days ago. It included over a dozen new sound profiles. The Bass Boost profile is excellent and really improves the music I listen to. Quite a game changer Are you going to conduct an update review?
Hi Andy. Do you experience much wind noise when cycling with these headphones on? I have an older set of MPOW Flame Solo's that I have used when cycling for two years. They offer some decent passive noise cancellation meaning I can still hear all the noise from traffic but they also catch a lot of wind noise as well. Was hoping the Aerofit would be a higher end replacement as I do prefer button controls over touch controls
I like these over the openfit pro. The battery drains super quick in the openfit pros in the case and the buds. with the neckband it fits much better than the shokz...
@@AndysTechTone try to find them and test. I got them, they are really amazing and now I am just wondering if JBL were the best choice. Speaking just about the open-ear, for outside sports and keeping the awearness
Do you like these better than the OWS 2. I got the OWS2 and love them but need they fit lose and need those earbud supports and I hate the touch controls so I want to know would the soundcore be better only if the sound and push buttons are that much better because I do love the OWS 2 sound.
If you want buttons and need the better fit then it's not really a question. The sound is at least on par if not better than that of the OWS 2 overall, so there is that too
The noise leak is about average but close to full volume it's noticeable. So iIt all depends on how loud you listen to your own stuff and also on how loud music is in the gym in the first place.
@@AndysTechTone Thanks. Is that average for open ear buds, or average for any headphones? From what I've read, with these buds, full volume would be deafening anyway. watched your review, clicked on your link, and bought them. got them today and i’m disappointed because device switching doesn’t work how i like. with all my apple headphones and my samsung buds, i’m able to initiate connection to them from any ipad, computer, phone that has been previously paired. without having to go into pairing mode. with my other 7 bluetooth headphones i have to go into pairing mode every time. it sucks. do you know what brands usually have this feature? or what i could look for? so far though, these are great. first open earbuds and i think it’s what i’ve been needing. switching by just going to the bluetooth settings and clicking the device would easily make these what i use 90%+ of the time. thank ya for the quality vid
Manual switching works as long as dual connections are enabled in the app. You can be conencted to two devices so you'll have to disconnect one device in order to connect to another but you don't need to go into pairing mode.
