What doesn’t this movie have?
Sad part is it took them 35 years after this race to acknowledge what a legend Ken Miles was. He received proper honour only after his death(1966) that is in 2001 when he was included in Motorsports Hall of Fame.

@@arjunk283well the movie, ford company wanted to win the Le Mans (most prestigious supercar race). Ferrari was notoriously top dawg in that race. Ford was a joke.
Matt damon character brilliant car engineer designed the car that could win it, only person who was skilled enough was Bale Character, who was so skilled that not only was he gonna win the race but do it in record time
However Henry Ford (or grandson whatever) wanted him and his teammates (also racing under ford) to all cross finish line at the same time for the publicity.
Bale character gave up his lead to do it.
In the movie , Ferrari owner acknowledges him from the stands as a symbol of him being the "true" winner
HOWEVER , in real life, Ferrari owner wasnt even at that race
