Hi Jack.. Nice to hear your all podcasts which is quite useful for my ielts speaking.. My guilty pleasure is I love to ride two wheeler vehicles without wearing helmet, which is not allowed in India.. I feel guilty about it every time after I done riding

Great lesson, Jack! 🙏 I think my guilty pleasure is dancing at a party of friends or club until the morning! That only happens two or three times a year, but I really enjoy feeling like in my twenties.🎊Afterwards, I always feel like I would be 65…haha! The last time when that happened I regretted it a bit because I had to do a bike trip of 80kms on the next day.🤦♀

My guilty pleasure is smoking and drinking coffee everyday.I know very obviously that it damages my health, but perfect 🤣🤣

Hi teacher Jack!, my guilty pleasure is eating snacks or candy while I've had online classes, listening and chewing at the same time right in front of my laptop. It became one of my habitual eaters, I shouldn't have done that but it really helps me reducing stress!
My guilty pleasure is watching a full series of humorous stand up comedy, i usually spend whole night watching them. I start with some informational videos but end up watching entertaining videos. I thought i am addicted to it but I have learned to control this habit because i have to regret the next morning, sometimes I fail

Hi, my guilty pleasure is spending a lot of time watching movies in Netflix that may go up to 12.30 ..I know it's not good. But still it gives me kind of happiness after a really stressful day

Hi Layla! I think your habit could be considered good or bad, and therefore would not be a guilty pleasure. Guilty pleasures are actions that are seen as unhealthy or bad by the majority. Good examples are: staying up late watching TV, drinking alcohol on a week night, eating too much ice cream. I recommend you search Google images for guilty pleasures to help you understand. I hope this helps!

Yes, I will. Maybe because I always try to be a good person, that made me hard on myself, and my dad was strict with us to follow all the laws when we were children. I think a strict life-style made me could not found a good example from my life.
@@laylaallili3090 Yes, I think with this phrase, a typical "bad" action would be more suitable. Not too seriously bad, but things related to health and habits are common examples.

Good luck, Navneet! I don't know what your English is like but grammatical and lexical range are so important to make the jump to a level 7. I recommend memorizing a small number higher level words, phrases, and patterns that you can use with multiple topics. That's what I would do!🙂

My guilty pleasure was to went somewhere with my friends where my parents were not allowed me. we were enjoyed there,but I felt really embarrassed after telling a lie to my family.
Good example! But yes, having to lie is very uncomfortable. By the way, 'allow' and 'enjoy' are verbs so be careful not to use them as an adjective. Good example!🙂
