That time-lapse of the macarons baking and rising is just pure joy. I can also see that the macarons develop a good feet which is an indication of a well-made macaron. Only experience can do that. Jun may be a cafeslave, but he is certainly a macaron master.
The macarons are a little big compared to French ones like there’s a bit less of cream inside but they look yummy 🤤 idk why this vid is so satisfying to watch
