I hate ground floor bedrooms, nevertheless I admit that I liked the design of these twin bedrooms with their respective bathrooms. In my opinion they would have been better on the upper floor. Your lovely little houses follow a very traditional design but very compartmentalised to my taste, I prefer proposals for houses where natural light is privileged, which implies large windows, double heights and spacious rooms where the living room, kitchen and dining room are mixed. But those are my tastes and not necessarily yours and I am neither suggesting nor demanding that you adapt your style to my personal tastes. Anyway, if I watch your videos even if I don't entirely share your ideas, it's because I find interesting ideas in them, like the twin bedroom theme or the laundry area under the staircase (quite unusual but valid). The upper floor with that little deck I love, but not so much that there is only one bedroom, I would like a much more spacious upper floor. I think what I enjoy most about his videos is that happy little music that makes me imagine a beach party, which makes your videos very enjoyable, even if your shots are cut abruptly and don't make a continuous tour inside the house or show clear drawings of each storey. Sir please make a design of 3 storey having 4 bedroom and the uppermost story want to be empty without any room to make that special for like gym, table tennis etc... please sir

salamat sa bago. nakakamiss lang construction ng bahay. 9:07 itong kanto ng blue-green wall, puwede pa ito extend papunta sa harap for more space, without losing the two tone/wall aesthetic. maganda din kung flooring na lang din ang ibabaw ng hagdan para sa isa pang activity/family area, mawawala lang yung high ceiling ng hagdan.
Ganito design na gusto ko. Medyo naka separate ang dining at kitchen sa living room. Yung iba kc disturbing tingnan dahil masyadong open ang living room to dining area at yung hagdanan sobrang sakto pag nasa living area ka d na kelangan tumawid pa sa harapan
The design is good but what if you want to take off and store your shoes mate? Do you just take them off in front of the main door and leave them there? Or do you just step into your house with your shoes on? That's weird.
Hmm... What me slowly bothering in your concept houses is that: Why? Why always does have need almost for every bedroom a bathroom? Why? I reality (at least at us here...) has a 4-5 bedroom-house max 2 bathrooms - mostly one at first level and an at second level. It's somehow a waste of space, you could out of them into dressing room or as srorage rooms make. This is just a opinion of me, you don't have hear on me, okay?
