It sure is a different view! Sometimes ya just have to burn miles on the interstate to get to where ya need to be. The wind can be annoying at times, but it's all a part of the adventure, that's for sure. Thanks for watching!

Now thinking of planning a trip in a couple of years over to the States and riding to Sturgis from Cali then onto the East coast before heading home. Yup, got the same group of guys for the last 20 years riding out west, some times we stop at strigus and some times we just keep going west, we all are getting close to 60 years young hope to have a lot more years together

Great stuff! I just found you guys today, have watched a bunch of your videos. I live in Kingman so love the Rt 66 trips. If you haven’t done so yet, I highly recommend the trip from Prescott through Jerome, (very cool old mining town), and then on to Sedona.

Josh, Love that you put the route numbers in the lower right hand corner as they head back through WY and UT! Very nice touch, helps others plan if they'd like to ride the same areas! Blew right by Devil's Tower in NE Wyoming. 87 Octane is probably OK at Alcova fillup, only because you're at 7000 ft elevation. Just don't try that when you get past Cedar City, UT

I was going to go to mustang week the end of July. Watching this has made me change my mind. Instead of taking the mustang there wife and I will take the street glide to Sturgis.
I know you guys told me you use "cardo" intercoms". But do you do so you can hear each other? The wife and I ride tow up and at highway speeds can't hear each other?? Any thing to help?? By the way LOVE your videos!!! I wish I was There!! DOWN THE ROAD!!!!! P.S. We just got back from a 2500 mile trip, And can't Waite to go again!!
Yup, we use the Cardo PackTalk bold and can hear each other great, even at highway speeds. If you're having issues, make sure to go into the app to increase the standard max volume for talking and music etc. Also, speaker placement is very important. In some helmets, there is room to move them around to put them in the most effective spot directly over the ear. Lastly, always make sure that the antenna is up, which will help with range and quality. Thanks for watching, Daniel. Hope that helps! 👍
At times, but always fun when riding with a group of good dudes. This year, we took 3-4 days to ride out there, but blasted home in 2 days on the way home
On the long hauls, luggage usually acts as a pretty nice back rest lol. On these trips, we usually stop every 150-200 miles for the dynas anyways, so plenty pf stops to stretch out. Thanks for watching, Tim!
One of you guys I believe has a TTS tuner. I was wondering because my 2020 SGS has a stage 2 kit and I just added a Bassani 2 in one SS mid length pipe (which sounds awesome) but am currently using the Harley tuner. My question is how much more performance did you get using that tuner because I'm ready to turn it up a notch.
We have never used a Harley tuner so hard to say. But if your ready to turn it up a notch we would recommend a Fueuling Cam Chest kit with a TTS tuner. You can call if you want to discuss. 1-818-207-7084 this is Gaylin

We try to always run 91 regardless of where we're at, and here and there we're ok with 87, but this was 85 octane in an area notorious for less than clean gas haha. Luckily, it all worked out 🤘

I was going to go to mustang week the end of July. Watching this has made me change my mind. Instead of taking the mustang there wife and I will take the street glide to Sturgis.
We’ll the mustang would be cool too but the bike is the way to see it like you’ve never seen it before.
I know you guys told me you use "cardo" intercoms". But do you do so you can hear each other? The wife and I ride tow up and at highway speeds can't hear each other?? Any thing to help?? By the way LOVE your videos!!! I wish I was There!! DOWN THE ROAD!!!!!
P.S. We just got back from a 2500 mile trip, And can't Waite to go again!!
Yup, we use the Cardo PackTalk bold and can hear each other great, even at highway speeds. If you're having issues, make sure to go into the app to increase the standard max volume for talking and music etc. Also, speaker placement is very important. In some helmets, there is room to move them around to put them in the most effective spot directly over the ear.
Lastly, always make sure that the antenna is up, which will help with range and quality.

The ride home from Sturgis must seem a lot longer and harder than the ride to get there...
At times, but always fun when riding with a group of good dudes. This year, we took 3-4 days to ride out there, but blasted home in 2 days on the way home

I don’t know how you do all those miles with no backrest. You guys are tougher than I am.
On the long hauls, luggage usually acts as a pretty nice back rest lol. On these trips, we usually stop every 150-200 miles for the dynas anyways, so plenty pf stops to stretch out. Thanks for watching, Tim!

One of you guys I believe has a TTS tuner. I was wondering because my 2020 SGS has a stage 2 kit and I just added a Bassani 2 in one SS mid length pipe (which sounds awesome) but am currently using the Harley tuner. My question is how much more performance did you get using that tuner because I'm ready to turn it up a notch.
We have never used a Harley tuner so hard to say. But if your ready to turn it up a notch we would recommend a Fueuling Cam Chest kit with a TTS tuner. You can call if you want to discuss. 1-818-207-7084 this is Gaylin

When you are out West you do not need to run the higher octane gas in your bike the air out there compensates for it
We try to always run 91 regardless of where we're at, and here and there we're ok with 87, but this was 85 octane in an area notorious for less than clean gas haha. Luckily, it all worked out 🤘
@@2LaneLife Gotcha. A lot of people don’t realize the air difference out West. My bike runs better out there on 87 then home on 91
