some people might think this came out of the black, but it's been coming for a while - just figure it out. i think we were all thinking "where are you now?" about the band, but then this came out, and we fell for it hook, line and sinker, and now the lights are out as we rave to their music.

I saw Line & Sinker and my brain just went straight to 'Billy Talent' and I clicked like 'oh shit it's Royal Blood'. I'm not disappointed. Wasn't sure what they'd do after the first album but this is like a DLC pack to a great game lmao. Good stuff.

I really like it and am glad to finally hear a studio recording after waiting over a year since I first saw their live video of Hook, Line, and Sinker at Reading. I feel like the waiting paid off. Due to its location on the track listing and the riffs during this song I got Little Monster flashbacks.

It was a strange sight (at least to me) to see a lofi hiphop oriented channel commenting on something rock oriented, kinda like seeing a penguin in the desert. I always listen to stuff like lofi hiphop, ect, when I am drawing since its rather chill while I listen to stuff like Royal Blood when lifting, which was what I was doing earlier. Either way it seems you have good taste in music, lol.
I find it funny how each and everyone of their songs make you have this wild rush / thirst for life. sometimes they depict a certain mood and holy shite it's made perfectly to fit it and the second you start listening you're completely hooked. they are one of the reasons I still have soundcloud, I stumbled upon them at the very beginning when they had just 2 songs out and from then onwards they have delivered each and every time
I prefer this over the live version, hands down! It feels more tight, yet still slightly loose and I love the effects on Mike's voice. These things may be subtle, but it makes the song much better, in my opinion!
