so lovely. i was 13 in 7th grade the first time i heard HIM, i was singing in a little garage band and it started cuz i would ride the bus to school with our guitarist and he showed me join me in death one day. it was around the same time when Bam Margera was getting huge in popularity. 16 years later I'm still listening to HIM.
Wish HIM was still making beautiful music, I cry alot to their songs.

The verse arpeggio is the same kind of ascending descending pattern of that makes you feel better, that’s probably what you’re hearing
@@jons.5357 what do you mean hardly, lol, it is exactly the same melody with only two sharps, which makes it basically in a different mode. The chord progression in the beginning is frequently used by Badalamenti (I - vi). This is literally a little remade Laura Palmer's theme.
