People keep saying that Tony Leung steals the movie, and they're partially right. Tony AND Fala steal the movie. The flash backs telling their stories were my favorite parts and her fight scene with Tony Leung was an Amazing, Beautiful, Masterpiece.

Finally watched the movie. Fala's far better than when she was in TV channel. However, Tony Leung seems too focus on playing a native English speaker and slightly fall out from his best performance.

She left the toxic company and studied the art of drama abroad under her own will and own initiative and then married a French director and there my friend doors were opened because she persued it. There are a lot of native/fluent English speaking actors and actresses in Hong Kong thanks to their western citizenship and upbringing. With the downfall of HK film and TV industry, and their inability to partake in mainland China's entertainment industry for various reasons, they'd have basically nowhere to go. Now would be the best time for Hollywood to take their picks on solid Asian acting talents.
