One thing i have noticed by watching this video is that private companies only allows those candidates who can work for them better not matter how good you in other work , like harman bhaiya his cgpa is little less but his extra curricular is very strong ( youtube with 90k subs , way of talking which is more superior than a normal guy , and those works which he did with lots of brands)

For someone guessing about the package it is 10+ LPA as in IIIT Delhi if it is 10+ then you can't sit for more companies and if it was less than 10 he would have been allowed to sit in more more companies.
My cousin bhaiya is in DTU and his old classmate is in IIIT Delhi so he knows about the 10 LPA rule there.
obviously bhai aaj kal 10lpa se kam cs me milne lag gayi to koi engg koi karega hi nahi.
His company is basically one of the topmost management consulting firms in the world ,and I believe he deserves it ..
